Answer:	Not really, you have to change the curved arm to a straight arm 6 to 8 inches then attach the extension arm to that. Now the showerhead is far enough away from the wall so you can now stand under comfortably. If this isn't done your body will be right against the wall.

Answer:	Pressure comes from your pipe / plumbing system. The shower head is just the apparatus that filters and sprays the water. For 20+ years, I blamed the poor water pressure on the old building when in fact it was one poor shower head purchase after another. I standby this shower head. Question:	Does anybody’s shower head not give out high pressure
Answer:	The shower head is probably not giving you "High Pressure" like a regular shower head would. In the description you can read "A water flow of 2.5 gallons per minute". This is much higher than a normal shower head uses. (1.5 GPM is a good water saving water head). This is a rainfall shower head.
Question:	How do you process a warranty replacement
Answer:	I wish I new the answer to that question. Mine worked fine for a few months, then suddenly broke. After posting a video of the shower head malfunctioning (see reviews), at one point the seller responded (publicly) stating that the item was under warranty, but offered no other info as to where to send the shower head to for replacement. No other info was provided. Good luck.

Answer:	The shower head comes with one extra filter. How often do you need to clean up? This is based on your water quality. Usually 3-6 months. As long as the water pressure does not weaken, or it can be longer. Need a replacement one? Just contact the harjue customer service, you can get a free one.
Question:	How can I fix the leaking where the shower head connects to the arm
Answer:	Usually, just connect the shower head to the shower arm. If there is still a leak. Add some Teflon tape (with a small Teflon tape in the adjustment arm) or add a leak-proof pad. Answer:	You can adjust the water level of the in wall tank by taking off the push plate to access the inner controls. There is a valve that controls the full level.

Answer:	The Veil is ordered as bowl only. A carrier (steel frame to support the bowl with integral cistern) and actuator (flush button assembly seen above bowl in image) are required for a functioning toilet.

Answer:	Mine doesn't seem to show finger prints but then again it's 10 feet off the floor and there's water pouring out of it. Might be hard to see.

Question:	Is the coming out of the ceiling or is there a wall mounted pipe
Answer:	I didn't need washers or teflon tape to install and use this showerhead. It was really easy to install and it doesn't leak. I really enjoy it!
Question:	Can the 10 inch Lambert rainfall shower head be mounted to the side wall
Answer:	I don't know but it comes out really fast. Way faster than the one I replaced. I'll probably look for a water restrictor to decrease the water flow and save water.
