Answer:	I have the 331 and am very happy with it. It has three front zipper pockets instead of two (see the vertical zipper in front; the 321 only has an open pocket in front). There is also a small hidden zipper pocket that is nice to tuck away cash if you want. 331 is very easy to adjust even around the water bottle. When I was researching, it just seemed to have a few extra features the 321 didn't have and I like the extra zippers. I bend over a lot when walking/running because I have a dog that I'm training too and nothing can fall out of the 331. Hope that helps!

Answer:	I use a 40oz Hydro flask, and while it holds it nicely when walking or light hiking, I think it would flop over or bounce out if jogging. If you are using a standrd 16 oz water bottle, I think it would be very secure. It has a zip cord at the top of the bottle holster and you can tighten the straps in the middle of the holster. So standard bottles will be secure, taller bottles won't.
