| Answer: | I had the same question but giving them the wrong answer would be your error and therefore your cost to fix. Instead of trying to give them a specific diameter, I gave them the actual sink and instructed them to cut the hole such that 2 1/2 inches of the bowl remained exposed above the granite slab. Granite fabricators routinely take sinks with them so it won't be anything unusual for them. |

| Answer: | The tail pipe itself is 1.25 inches, standard size. The hole in the counter top has to be bigger, 1.75 inches, to accommodate the threaded part, since part of that has to go below the counter top and be secured by the big nut. |

| Answer: | You cannot see through the sink at all. It looks just like the photo. Beautiful sink. |
| Question: | My vessel sink came with the drain but not the mounting ring. Why |
| Answer: | So did mine. I don't think it needs a seperate ring, just a little silicone sealant. My two sinks work fine. |
| Question: | Can this sink be recessed |
| Answer: | I recessed mine. I built a custom cedar cabinet top and cut a round opening in it large enough to recess it about 3.5-4" into the opening. I cut a cove inside the opening, filled it with a bead of silicon caulk and dropped the vessel in, making sure it was level. Worked perfectly. I'd provide a photo if I knew how to post it here. |

| Answer: | It is approx. 8 to 9 inches high. The sink is beautiful, the colors are warm and really look rich.
