Question:	The 0.64" outer diameter marked does not match the od of an 1/2" ips which is 0.84". in fact it does not match any ips size specification at all
Answer:	I’m not sure why you’re having problems with the thread matchup but my spout screwed on to my 1/2” ips pipe just fine. Swapping out the old spout with the new literally only took 5 minutes.
Question:	Is this meant for a stub with straight or tapered thread
Answer:	Mine was a straight 1/2” copper pipe and worked well and that’s what it’s meant for so if your pipe is 1/2” diameter as it comes out of the wall for at least an inch and a half it should work.
Question:	How long must the copper pipe coming out of the wall be for spout to fit properly. I cant find that info with the limited instructions provided
Answer:	It depends on if you are using the slip method or the threaded method. I used the threaded method and it seems that with the male fitting it would need to be around 3.5 inches. Mine was longer and the spout is away from the wall and I'll need to take it off and shorten the pipe.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1. Remove old spout by using a hex wrench, loosen set screw on bottom of slip-fit spout.

Step 2. Remove old spout by twisting and pull the spout out gently

so that you do not loosen any pipe connections inside of the wall.

Step 3. Twist the spout onto the pipe, pushing the spout against the finished wall. Positions spout then retighten setscrew. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

Caution: Do not use sealant on spout with plastic threads.

Answer:	We actually bought this product to replace a Delta diverted. The diverted worked however though we also decided to go ahead and replace the shower head and that was a challenge. We did not bother with the shower control because that looked more complicated. To answer your question - I’m not sure. We do love the shower head.

Answer:	Not sure about that, but you can have a measurement, valve is 1.89" (48mm) diameter to fit with escutcheon, handle fit for 0.39"x0.43" (10x11mm) cartridge lever.

Answer:	Its been a while since I installed but I can say you get everything as seen on photo and I didn't have to purchase any additional from hardware store. The diverter that changes the flow from tub to shower is included-- If that's what you mean by valves--other wise I don't understand what you mean by valves??
Question:	Is this a slip on or threaded
Answer:	It is a slip on. The problem you can run into is that you may have to cut off the threaded nipple off so you don't damage the o-ring sliding it on over the threads. If you do this, you might run into a problem with length.
Question:	Does this come with the screw on option
Answer:	yes it does, it is only screw on i think with a small set screw in the side to keep it from turning after installed.
