Answer:	Yes- it fits loosely, but you can. I use it on my couch with t-cushions on both ends of the couch.

Answer:	My ottoman is about 34x26 (just measuring across the top) and it just fits. So I don't think it will fit 45x25.

Answer:	It can be cut, use a razor. As for adhesive I am not sure. Purchase window spline and a splining tool seperately and the job is easy.
