Answer:	It is okay from the hanging and weight support perspective. The only issue will be the width of the frame so this hook doesn't show once it is hung. The 100 lb wall hanger is 1 3/8 inch wide at the top to hold the three nails. So the hook on your frame needs to be at least 5/8 inch inside the frame edge to not show the hook in the wall behind the frame. Most likely your frame is wide enough that this will be okay, but just realize this is a wide hook.

Answer:	I've had a HEAVY full length mirror on the back of my closet door for 5 years now. It does have 2 light hooks that go over the top of the door to hold most of the weight but everytime I opened the door it would swing away from the door so I put 6 sets of large command strips to attach it to the door....problem solved! I put 1 set in each corner and then 1 in the middle on each side. After I was done and it was all held in place I stepped back and I realized it was somehow raised up so the hooks were NOT holding the weight! Lol they were doing nothing and the mirror held strongly in place!! Haha😊 If It hadn't stopped me from closing my closet door I could have left it lol but I'd use atleast 6 sets if the mirror is heavier than your typical cheap full length mirror. The trick with textured walls is to stick the wall side first, making sure to push down into all the grooves for a good stick, Then unpeel the other side. I didn't do this before and everything I hung would all come down within hours sometimes days, but not anymore with this technique!

Answer:	If you have ceramic tile you probably have grout between the tiles not caulk. Grout is very hard so pushing these through wouldn’t be easy without drilling. You also probably have cement backboard under the tile which also would require a drill. So, overall, I’d say they won’t work unless you still a hole

Answer:	No. You hang the frame exactly the same way you would hang it if you put a nail in the wall and hung it from the nail. The difference is that instead of the nail, you push the hook all the way into the wall, then rotate the little hook end halfway around. This puts the small hook side in a position where you just hang the frame wire on that hook. Try it in an inconspicuous place and I think you'll see immediately how it works.

Answer:	The hook holds up to 100 pounds all three provided screws added. My frame was like 15 pounds. I hit no studs. Nailed into all dry wall. I guess a wood screw in the bigger whole for extra support wouldn’t hurt if hitting a stud.

Answer:	I don't think so unless you can find the vertical stud where it meets meets a horizontal stud. I had to add 2 pieces of 2X4's to the exposed vertical stud. The mounting bracket holes are too wide to screw into one 2X4.

Answer:	Without a clear understanding of how you plan to use this hanger, the hooks are designed to handle a wide variety of top tube dimensions. Each hook is 2" wide x 1-3/4" deep. I see no reason a 1-3/4 dowel would not rest comfortably across the two hooks.

Answer:	I bought the size that goes all across the top of my mirror, probably did not need one that bigmy mirror probably weighs about 30# also. Look for the pounds the hanger is for and I am sure it would work. Love the hanger would not use any other kind. Hope this helps
Question:	Can I use it to hung 14*48 mirror on the bathroom door? Do I need to have any additional tools
Answer:	This French Cleat will definitely hold your mirror if it is mounted vertically. The only tools you need is a drill to create the pilot holes for the screws. Half of the cleat screws onto your bathroom door and the other half screws onto your mirror. Then you simply slip the mirror over the cleat on the door.
Question:	Is there anything stopping the object I'm hanging from just sliding right or left off of the wall and falling
Answer:	No, there are no locks to keep it from sliding left or right. I don't see that being an issue though as the items you would typically use this for are heavy enough that they won't move. I found on the mirror I used it with, to get it to slide left or right, I had to tilt the bottom away from the wall or it was too tightly clasped together to move it at all.
