The lifetime warranty allows you only one replacement, so it really isn't a lifetime warranty at all. If you live near the beach, consider yourself lucky if it works for 2-3 years. That said, it is for outdoor use, just expect to lubricate frequently especially after rain or if you live near saltwater.

Answer:	I’m not at all familiar with the yeshom flagpole. The threaded end on the bottom of the eagle is standard 1/2 inch thread. It fits most flagpoles that have a ball or eagle on top. I’m only guessing but I would say yes. Wish I could be more helpful.

Answer:	What follows is the write-up I originally submitted for my Anley 3" ball review. It covers the specifics with respect to the thread pitch issue. The write-up in the ad says two things which are in conflict. The main write-up states that it fits ALL USA flag poles. The description write-up stated that it fit MOST USA flag poles. No mention is made of the thread pitch on the 1/2" ball shaft. THIS information is very, very important. A 1/2" stem with a 13 pitch thread IS very common. A 1/2" stem with a 20 pitch thread is NOT very common. THIS Anley ball top stem is 1/2" with a 20 pitch thread & did not fit my very common USA flag pole with a 13 pitch. This entire debacle could have been avoided by supplying the very basic & critical information instead of the vague & useless information shown. This ball top as it is designed is a deal killer.
Question:	Will this fit a 1 1/4” pipe with set screws
Answer:	I essentially have two answers for you; however, either one is going to require you to know the thread pitch on your existing topper, which is also the thread pitch of the flag pole hole your existing topper threads into. Go to a well known hardware store like Ace, Home Depot, Lowe's, True Value, etc & they can assist you in identifying the correct thread pitch that you presently have.. It will be either a #13 thread pitch or a #20 thread pitch. Whichever one that it is you need to match it for either solution I am going to suggest. 1. The easiest thing to do is purchase a new ball topper with a matching thread pitch & that is made long enough to go through the light fixture & into the flag pole top threads like the original. One with the correct thread pitch can be purchased on the big "A" for around $10.00 to $14.00 with Prime. Just make sure it has the correct pitch for your purposes. A lot of the adds are vague or do not address the issue at all. You will need to ask the suppliers directly about the pitch you will need. 2. You can also go to to one of the hardware stores mentioned above & purchase an extension with the correct thread pitch. One end of the extension will have a female end with the correct thread pitch & the other end will be a male end with the correct thread pitch, The length of the extension you will need can be approximated by how much thread you will need to get it into the flag pole top. if your flag pole top cap is like mine you will be able to thread as much of the male end into the hole as it is goes on & is bottomless (almost). The female end can be any length that you choose as you will be threading your topper male end into the extensions female end. The longer you make the female end of the extension the more your topper will stick above the lighting fixture. Since it will be 20 feet or more in the air it will be hardly noticeable just keep it to a minimum if you can. How to set your own code?

1. Make sure codes are set to default (0-0-0-0). Pull up the shackle and turn it to the code setting gap.

2. Push the shackle down until the tiny pin is fully inside the gap. Hold it there and turn the shackle counterclockwise to the code line.

3. Scroll the numbers to set your own combination code, making sure the numbers are completely in the windows.

4. Turn the shackle clockwise until it pops up. Remember your new combination.



Note:

To avoid damaging the lock, it's NOT recommended to turn the shackle over the code line.

Please make sure the numbers are completely in the window when setting a new combination.

Please remember your new combination code you have set.

Question:	I can't get this lock closed, I did it once, lol!, why can't a manufacter make a design easy, I moved all the numbers around and did not close

In order to increase the safety of our lock, once the code is changed from default (0-0-0-0) code into your own combination, only the correct number can unlock/lock the lock. So please remember your new combination code you have set. Please contact us and we promise you a quick response and a nice solution.
Question:	I’m trying to change the code from default 0000 but it is not accepting 0000. 1 lock worked fine. I have not changed default
Answer:	It could be that you are not opening the "set" lock properly. If that doesn't work, instructions say: "If you cannot open lock by default code "0000" try "1000" or "0001" to open again. Make sure the numbers are completely in the window when setting new combo, otherwise you may fail to set it. " Hope this works..
