Answer:	The coconut oil gives the popped corn a wonderful flavor; adding butter would be yummy also, but I personally don't see the need to add all of those calories. The coconut oil gives the popcorn that "theater-style" taste. The Flavacol (terrible name, if you ask me) is the tastiest popcorn salt I've ever tried.

Answer:	Due to high turn on this product. Average expiration date is 18 to 24 months from time of purchase. Of course, inventory fluctuations may effect it slightly.

Answer:	It's in a paste form. It remains solid until heated. This is nice because it does NOT require being refrigerated. For what it's worth this oil is very good tasting on popcorn, it was recommended to me by a friend and his tip was very good. I will get this again when I use it up. I recommend this product.

Answer:	Yes. Like regular coconut oil, this oil melts. It is yellow, which adds to the idea of popcorn, but that color is not reflected in the taste.
