Answer:	I am a Realtor that just started using Master Lock model 5440D. When another real estate licensee wants to show one of my listings, no matter what board they belong to or where in the state (or country for tha matter), I can give them access for a time period or unlimited access. Question:	Doe you need to pair the phone manually first? i need to grant access to air bnb guests and do not live locally
Answer:	My unit does not connect to wifi. It does pair up via bluetooth with my phone. You cannot remote access it via a wifi connection, but you can activate it when your phone is close. We program in guest codes and have a master code that we use and this has worked well so far at our vacation rental. If you need a wifi enabled device, this is not it.
Question:	Can more than one person have master app, means 2 or more people able to give out access codes and manage the app
Answer:	Yes....the bottom 3 prongs are metal and what draws electricity, the top 3 prongs are plastic and I must mention that they are shorter in length then the metal prongs. I have an gf I outlet that wouldn't hold tight on the top prongs which caused the surge protector to push out of the top outlet. Not sure why the manufacturer wouldn't make the plastic dummy prongs EQUAL in length. I also must mention that it doesn't have the center screw to secure it to the outlet. So if you plug in something with a tight fit, when unplugging the cord it will pull the surge protector from the outlet as well. Not a good option for garage ceiling outlets either due to Not having the center outlet screw mount. I bought 13 more than 1 year ago for my house and they are all still working. I like that the outlets can swivel to the side if you don't want your cords sticking straight out.

Question:	According to standard, what and how many is the requirement for personal locks when a master lock system can be applied
Answer:	I store keys with aproximately 5 centimeters, its not way to big, I made to put 3 keys on it.

Answer:	Yes, I am sure it would. The reason I say that is because it is designed to be locked onto something immovable so it cannot simply be carried away. In my case, it is locked onto hardware on my front door. It may not be ideal as just a combination lock, as Hausfrau said in her answer, however, it seems to be every bit as sturdy as any Master Lock I have ever used. That said, I guess the hasp could be sawed off, but it would probably take a while and the combination still must be entered to access the key compartment. The combination dials are under the semi-circular piece of black rubber at the top of the key safe, beneath the hasp. Once the hasp is unlocked the key safe door can be released and the key inside may be accessed. I bought this key safe, after a lot of research, because I accidentally got locked out of my house and my neighbors who have a key to my house were away. A friend who lives several miles away also has a key and she brought it over. But I never wanted that to happen again. The key safe cannot be seen from the street because it is small enough that it is hidden behind the frame of the storm door. I hope this gives you the information you need.

Answer:	The Standard for energy control is OSHA 1910.147, if only electrical energy has to be controlled then is OSHA 1910.333 also you can use NFPA 70E for electrical LOTO. Read the difference between complex and simple LOTO procedures and requirements. Go to YouTube and see the video " A life is in the Line" from Panduit. Locks must be standard within your program and one lock per employee. If more than one person (Complex LOTO) then a supervisor must take control of the procedure. If a simple LOTO will be perform then a program may not be apply to that lock or activity.
Question:	Can you re-program the security code after each use for vacation rentals
