The reason I ordered one on Amazon (other than the fact that it's the best way to buy :) ) is that Home Depot doesn't sell the right one for mine. Answer:	You need to disassemble the motor (device above the heater) and tighten all of the nuts, bolts and screws. If it looks dirty and rusty, spray some WD-40. We just fixed ours by doing it. It was really obnoxiously loud, and now it is a normal bathroom exhaust. So happy!

Question:	when you close the gate, and photocell is there, the gate won't open unless you block the photocell, how can I solve this problem
Answer:	By photocell, I assume you mean a motion sensor that would cause the gate to open or close. My opener came with 2 remotes, no sensor. Assuming you have the sensor placed right, the problem would have to be in the programing. If the sensor came with the gate opener, I should be addressed in the owners manual. If it was an after market purchase get with the people you got it from. Sorry I'm not more help but mine is not set up for a sensor.

Answer:	Multi code eagle receiver yes. Other brand receiver, I don't know. It does have a small button (learn button). Push the little button on receiver light turns Amber. Push the button on transmitter the light on receiver then turns green and your Ready to go. Call Eagle Tech line very knowledgable and helpful at least they were for me.

Answer:	Generally, I have found with Waterman refills "Fine" tip is 0.5 and "Medium" tip is 0.7. My experience has been much better with the Medium tip refills - best in the world in my opinion.

Answer:	Yes it will. That is a standard Waterman ball point refill that will fit any regular size Waterman ball point pens.
