Answer:	The highest point on the stand is about 3 feet tall. The lowest plant holder is about 6 inches up from the floor. It will hold medium to large size pots, as each pot holder is about 6 inches wide, and it's pretty stable. I love mine, and I bought two, one for each side of my large front bay window.
