Question:	can these be installed on an already screened frame
Answer:	Maybe... If your screen frame is the type that is cut at 45 degree angles at the corners, then the answer is yes, it can be done. If your screen frame pieces are cut at 90 degrees and use an exposed plastic insert to make the frame corners it will be difficult, if not impossible to slide the springs in place without first removing the screen fabric and disassembling the frame. The "Window Spring" is best installed before the corner piece is inserted into the end of the frame.
Question:	When you cut the frame for a new screen, do you have to cut the lengths shorter to accommodate the spring in the top corners
Answer:	The spring doesn't have impact to the frame size. The most important thing is you need to have clearance to install the screen into your window. To my experience the screen should be 1/4 smaller on each dimension to install. You can try it out.
Question:	How wide are they? The length of 2 3/4 is given, but what is the width? I need 3/16 for my particular screens
Answer:	These are 1/4" in width (4/16). You might be able to trim the part that goes into the frame so it fits. The rest of the clip may still be acceptable.
Question:	Will these springs fit into the Prime line 1/4 inch frames
Answer:	Yes. Mine is exactly 1/4 inch. It's tight but works.

Answer:	Nope. It is really only good for getting fresh air without the bugs. For use on windows without existing screens. I would not trust it if you have cats though, it's very flimsy. Kitty would be gone if it laid against it.
Question:	Is there a way to install these if we have window guards (to protect our kids) installed in the window
Answer:	There is no way to install them.
Question:	Would this screen be good for vertical windows
Answer:	If your window stay up without the support of this screen, then yes. Also, only the length is adjustable. There is a clip holding the 2 pieces together and because of this you will NOT get a tight fit with this screen and will need to use something else to secure the opening from this screen frame to your window frame.

Answer:	I bought mine on Amazon so I just got the one the would fit my door. You could look maybe under screens on Google and see if they come in other sizes. Also it did not come in a roll but folded in a square. Make sure you use the tool correctly or it will cut it when you’re trying to install it.

Answer:	No. This is for your Windows. It's a window screen and when it rains if the window is open water does come through it. Sounds like you need something clear and solid.

Step 2: Insert Spline

Using concave end of screen tool, insert spline at one corner and roll into groove over screening. Place hand on screen surface to hold screen straight. Roll spline into groove on all four sides.

Step 3: Trim Excess

Trim off excess screening with utility knife on outside edge of the spline groove.

Answer:	There is regular screen mesh on the inside. The louvers are very close together. When you place it in your window, put it with the louver side on the outside and the louvers facing down. The screen side should be on the inside. If you place them in your windows this way you won't get any rain coming in. I put them in my windows as soon as the weather starts getting nice and take them out in very late fall. They keep my attic nice and ventilated. Make sure you buy thermal king. They are very well made. Hope this helped.
Question:	Are the vents open all the time or can you close off the air flow if needed with out removing them from window
Answer:	The vents are permanently open (metal). The ventilator screen must be removed from the window if you wish to stop air flow.

Answer:	Amazon sells another kit - Senneny 59" x 106". Looks similar except there's more screen material.
Question:	Will it fit a 36x93 screen door
Answer:	Unlikely to fit a 93" door. It's difficult to install in a vertical opening taller than 82". The fabric is 84" tall and the spline channels consume at least 3/8" of fabric each. For an 82" opening that leaved just 5/8" at top and bottom to clip, clamp, or tape the screen in place while its rolled into the channel. It would be an unusual 93" screen door that has just 82" of open height, so it's unlikely to fit. The rolls of screen in larger sizes, as well as spline, and rolling tools are available separately.

Answer:	I'd say probably not, though I don't have any pets. The way the screening is held in place, it's basically designed to come out easily (I used a staplegun in addition to the tubing). But you're probably asking whether it's resistant to tears. Nope, not particularly. Pulling it taught while installing it, I started a couple of tears at the edges myself. I imagine a cat hanging on it would do the same or worse.

Answer:	yes I would without any reservations...we bought this screen when a stray cat had a litter of kittens and we couldn't give them away...they were climbing the screen on our back porch and tearing it up...this screen is amazing...these kittens are now 2-3 years old and is still in great shape...after a year or so it has loosened up a little and I will probably pull it tight again and restaple to our porch...other than that we've had no problems or regrets with our purchase...so to answer your question, yes, go for it...just be sure to stretch it tight while stapling it...
