Question:	Will this work outdoors
Answer:	They should work any where they'll fit. I'm using one on a shed outside. I was thinking these were stainless, but if they're plated they'll eventually rust. But they are quite heavy, so the only effect the rust will have will be cosmetic.

Question:	Will this work for an industrial garage door
Answer:	I don't know, but I DO NOT RECCOMEND this product, it left me stuck locked out of my garage due to a internal failure, and received NO support from the company and eventually had to cut my way into my garage

Answer:	I honestly don't know. Directions do say that it's "technical parameter" work temperature is: "0 degrees C to -70 degrees C" and work humidity is: less than or equal to 80%. It seems to be meant for an indoor door. However, it works GREAT and if it's out of direct weather, maybe.

Answer:	The fob has to be directly against the keypad or else it will not work. I do not recommend this lock. It worked less than a year before I had to get a new one last week. What a piece of garbage this lock is.

Answer:	On the box it says Gross Weight 15 KGS, or Net Weight 14 KGS. It is about 30 pounds.

Answer:	Only the owner of the lockbox can use his/her computer which has installed the software of the lockbox can generate the remote one time code. Once the owner generate and give the code to a third party, the third party can unlock the lockbox once.
Question:	do you have wire with it
Answer:	You cannot reset the code remotely.What you do is program in codes (up to 500 I think) that once the code is used the first time then expires in the time that you can also program. It does work for rental type properties in that you can set the code to expire after few hours or a number of days (or can have some codes that never expire). If all the codes get used up, you have to physically have the lock and connect to a computer to reprogram codes. There is no internet connection to it. I have found it useful and have it in areas 500-600 miles away that I only visit 1-2 times per year and mostly make sure I keep the batteries replaced (I have gone up to a year but try to do it every 6 months)

Answer:	There is a adjustment screw on the armature plate, and you could adjust the holding force by this screws. Besides, the screw of armature plate should not be fixed too tight. Proper elasticity should be guraranteed for the rubber ring so that the armature plate can adjust itself to the appropriate position. 1. Please clean and dry the surface before installing (Very important)

2. Use the installation ALIGNMENT CRADLE ( 1 Per package, need only one cradle to install all your locks) to position the location of the lock

3. Peel off the adhesive film

4. Stick the striker plate to the frame

5. Stick the lock to the door or drawer (Test it for screws and nails before you stick the lock if it's affected by a nail or a screw inside the door)

6. Close the cabinet door or drawer and check for proper fit. Can be repositioned immediately

7. IMPORTANT: There must be 1/8 to 1/4 inches of space between the lock and striker plate when locked. If the door fits tightly, it can not unlock

8. Once aligned PRESS FIRMLY for 5-10 seconds on to the locks and latches for better bonding

9. MOST IMPORTANT: DO NOT TEST it right away; leave it unlocked and allow 24 hours for adhesive to dry before usage for maximum strength

10. The locks are shipped off position, flip the switch to on position before use

LOCK DOES NOT ENGAGE

Since the locks also contain a magnet, they can be affected by any nails or staples that may be present inside the cabinet doors. Before attaching the lock, you can move it around the inside of the door, leaving the lock in the locked position. If the attaching hook moves or drops into the lock body, it has detected a ferrous metal inside the cabinet door. Simply move the lock away until the locking hook is no longer affected.

LOCK WON'T UNLOCK

When attaching the flat striker plate to the cabinet or dresser frame, please leave enough space so that the door or drawer can open just slightly (1/8 –1/4 inch) when locked. This space allows the lock to clear the striker when being opened using the magnetic key. If the lock is in contact with the striker plate, it will just mesh even more tightly; as it is designed to do.

LOCK DOES NOT STAY ATTACHED

Some cabinets have a fingerprint-resistant surface that makes the tape harder to adhere to. A handy little clamp that you may use to hold the locks firmly to the cabinet doors while the 3M tape is curing. This procedure isn’t normally required, but helps to cabinet locks stay secured. Optional screws can be used if necessary.
