Answer:	They should work any where they'll fit. I'm using one on a shed outside. I was thinking these were stainless, but if they're plated they'll eventually rust. But they are quite heavy, so the only effect the rust will have will be cosmetic.

If it's in magnetic field detection mode, the environment will not be complexed just because of weak magnetic field. You can detect suspicious more accurately. If it's in RF wireless detection mode, there are two ways improving accuracy. First, you can close or get away of interference source you know. Second, you can adjust sensitive knob to adapt to strength of radio frequency signal which useless interference can be detected less and useful signal can be found.
Question:	Can you use the remote from outside the door to release the magnet
Answer:	No, the anti spy detector can work alone without internet. There is no APP required to install, it can work itself without app or network.

The 5018 kit is a one door 1200lbs Maglock Buzz-in kit for doors that open out. ​This is for indoor applications. It is mainly used for customers that do not want to physically get up and open the door. With this system, you will be able to let people in by clicking on the wireless RF remote, the VIS-8005. The remote communicates with the wireless receiver, which can program up to 50 remotes, and it has a range of 150 feet.

There are two main features on the receiver that will allow you to program the wireless receiver in two different ways. The default function of the receiver is that when the power is on, the mag lock of your kit is locked and when you press the remote the maglock will unlock temporarily to open the door. The other function that the receiver has is the ON/Off feature. This feature is very similar to a light switch; when you program this option you would press the remote once and the door will unlock and remain unlocked until you press the button again. When you press the remote again, the door will then lock.

This magnetic lock system also brings an exit button that will allow you to exit from the inside of the door. Keep in mind that this exit button does not bring a delay meaning that you would have to press the exit button at the same time that you open the door.

Answer:	The standard holding forses are 600 lbs and 1200 lbs. 1200 lbs is a very strong holding forse and feel it is more than adequate to hold in any situation.
Question:	how do you wire this electromagnetic lock
Answer:	All you need is a 12VDC or 24VDC power supply (depends on the model you buy), I would recommend at least capable of putting out 1A. As long as the power is supplied, the lock will be held closed. You can put in a switch between the power supply and the lock to control on/off. If you want to install a pin keypad or keyless remote entry then you will have to buy a separate kit for that... But essentially the same concept, they will provide constant 12VDC to the lock holding it closed until you enter a key releasing the lock for few seconds.

Answer:	Keep in mind the only way to achieve 1 ohm is to get 2 4 ohm dvc wired in parrallel. Dont get 2 ohm version you will have a .50 ohm load and only really high end amps run that.
