Answer:	Radius is 1/2 diameter in math. According to the manufacturer and my caliper, the diameter of the part of the peephole that goes through the door is 9/16in or 14.28mm or .56 decimal.

Answer:	According to the manufacturer and my caliper, the part of the peephole that goes through the door is 9/16in or 14.28mm or .56 decimal. So drill the same size hole and round it with the drill bit, or use a slightly larger bit like 5/8in or 15.87mm or .625 decimal. This provides a little room to insert the peephole without being too loose when installed.

You can push it in when not in use and slide it out when needed, it will stay in position where you desire. Secondly, it is hard to describe its strength without any references. The tray is made by wooden board with PVC veneer finish, brackets and clamps are made by robust steel. This keyboard tray has a sturdy structure and can hold up to 15 pounds in weight, but it may hold less weight when clamps are adjusted to lower height. Question:	Does this actually have a 220 degree viewing angle? 180 degrees is the most you would ever need, so I feel like the manufacturer is lying
Answer:	It is not 220 degrees. To be more than 180 degrees, you'd have to be able to see part of the door in which it's mounted 20 degrees on each side. I just installed mine and can verify that you cannot; you can't see the surface of the door at all (as is logical, since it sticks out slightly from the surface). That said, it is sufficiently wide for the purposes for which it's intended.
Question:	Im confused, on description says to use 9/16 bit but on features it says 5/8. Which bit size should i use or does it not matter
Answer:	The safest way to proceed would be to use the 9/16" bit first and see if the peep hole fits. Mine fit perfectly with that size. I never saw anything in the literature that said to use a 5/8" drill bit, but maybe you have a different style. If the 9/16" hole is too small, then compare the width of the peep hole barrel to a 5/8" drill bit and see if they're the same size. If they are, then you can just use that drill bit in the same hole you drilled with the 9/16" bit to expand it. You just don't want to make the hole too large to begin with. Better off to have it be too small and have to keep enlarging it until the peep hole fits.

Answer:	I drilled a 3/16" pilot hole from inside out, then took the correct size and drilled 1/2 way from inside 1/2 way from outside to avoid any splintering on either side.

like a window in the door with it's flashing, it will become an obstacle. Can see very well through it and the 220 degree range is very useful.

Answer:	The instructions provide the size. The smallest is just a pilot hole to make the scholar easier to make. But the you only make it as wide as the inside tube.

Answer:	It will work on any door provided that you have the correct channel diameter. I had to drill and larger hole to expand the channel on my wooden door to accommodate this item

Answer:	You are able to see very far left and right if your view is not obstructed by a wall or other structure. No, you can’t see your ears as you're looking out. It's a peep hole with a wide angle view.
