Answer:	The M26 has a Max A-frame height of 11' 1"

Answer:	For me, specifically relating to the 17' model (12017) I have used wide boards on the very top rungs. Using a tape measure from the concrete floor in my shop to the top of the board going across, I have a height of 46-48 inches. I found this perfectly fine to use in this capacity, though it is NOT recommended by Little Giant or myself. I am probably stupid to do it...lol That said, I have never felt unsafe or in danger. Truthfully, I am very careful and cautious.
Question:	Sometimes my lock doesnt lock
Answer:	The Revolution is basically a newer version of the Classic with several updated features compared to the classic Little Giant Classic M26 (10126LG). The Revolution has quad-locking hinges, Rock Locks to lock the rungs (Rock-Locks are easier to use then the U-locks). The Revolution also has slightly deeper inner rungs for added standing comfort and is about 5 pounds lighter. They both reach the same height in their various configurations.

Answer:	The max height of this Little Giant 17 as a step ladder is 7-8 feet. It is 17 feet when fully extended as an extension ladder. The other thing to bear in mind is it is a heavy ladder. The wheels do help when working on flat surfaces (indoor or out) as you can wheel it around. However, these will not help you much on rough ground or when you need to lift it (e.g. up/down stairs, loading it into car, storing it etc). It's a unisex product, so no one will laugh at you !

Question:	Can you use this to prevent children going outside at night
Answer:	The Kwikset 99130-002 SmartCode 913 does not have Alexa built in and since it is a Z-Wave protocol device, it will not work with any of the hub-enabled Echo devices. However, if you get a Z-Wave compatible hub, such as Samsung Smartthings hub, you can incorporate that into your network (pretty easy), then you can tell (or ask) Alexa to lock the door. I hope this helps.
Question:	can the autolock delay be set to 10 minutes
Answer:	That is probably best asked of Kwikset who can be reached at their website. My opinion is that if it can be subjected directly to moisture (rain, snow) and extreme temperatures that would be a problem since the keypad is on the outside. The main electronics are in the inside unit and would thereby be protected. I have one installed on my front door but it is protected by a storm door and roof over the front stoop. If practical the installation of a storm door would probably give it the necessary protection.

Answer:	You should add window film to the inside of the window that will prevent thieves from being able to break the window.

Answer:	There is a usb port on the lock
Question:	What happens if the locking mechanism stops working? Can you remove it and manually unlock the bolt from the door like an analog tumbler

Question:	Is this lock Alexa enabled
Answer:	The Kwikset 99130-002 SmartCode 913 does not have Alexa built in and since it is a Z-Wave protocol device, it will not work with any of the hub-enabled Echo devices. However, if you get a Z-Wave compatible hub, such as Samsung Smartthings hub, you can incorporate that into your network (pretty easy), then you can tell (or ask) Alexa to lock the door. Question:	can this be put on outside side door, it will be in the weather
Answer:	That is probably best asked of Kwikset who can be reached at their website. My opinion is that if it can be subjected directly to moisture (rain, snow) and extreme temperatures that would be a problem since the keypad is on the outside. The main electronics are in the inside unit and would thereby be protected. I have one installed on my front door but it is protected by a storm door and roof over the front stoop. If practical the installation of a storm door would probably give it the necessary protection.
Question:	Is there a version of this that does not have the thumb turn inside? I don't want someone to break my window and reach inside for the thumb turn
Answer:	You should add window film to the inside of the window that will prevent thieves from being able to break the window.

Answer:	Press the "House" button on the lower left hand side of the keypad and it will light up without entering a number.
Question:	Lock/Unlock log? I don't see if this keeps a log of who has used their access code. Does it keep a log
Answer:	The history log is at the bottom of the Schlage Home app page. It records "how" the lock was operated--even if you NEVER add user codes different from the default codes. Using the inside lever causes these history log entries: Locked by Thumbturn (time and date) Unlocked by Thumbturn (time and date) Locking by pushing the lock symbol on the touchscreen causes this entry: Locked by Touchscreen (time and date) When I use the Schalge Home app to lock and unlock, history shows cause these entries: Locked by Bill (time and date) Unlocked by Bill (time and date) IF YOU ADD USER CODES, the default codes (under the battery cover) stop functioning. Question:	If I have a power outage will a pre programed code still work
Answer:	Yes. It operates on batteries. However, you will not be able to use the app to access the lock during a power outage as your wifi will most likely be off too. Power being out does not effect the normal lock/unlock functionality.
Question:	Does it have auto-lock function
Answer:	It's probably confusing when you get both yes and no answers! I just installed the lock. There are two apps used to control it. Amazon Key and Schlange Home. It's a bit confusing, but you'll want both. Both apps have an Auto Lock setting. You can select 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes or 4 minutes. Navigating the apps is not obvious. For Amazon Key, go to "Settings" in the main menu, select the lock name (Encode if you didn't change it) and look for Auto Relock. In Schlange App, use the settings icon at the bottom of the page (using iOS; not sure about Android); choose "Auto Lock Delay". Hope this helps.

Answer:	To lock the door from outside, there's three ways to lock it. Firstly, you can enable the auto lock feature. The bolt will extend out automatically in 30 seconds after unlocking. And you can also change the auto lock delay time. Please kindly refer to the program instruction. You can download them from the Technical Specification in this product page. Sencondly, you can lock it by manually. Press any button on keypad for 2 seconds. Or you can lock it by the key.
Question:	Has anyone ever had an issue w/ this lock whereby pressing the Schlage logo/button at the top it automatically unlocks? This has just happened to us

Answer:	Hi, please kindly check your resetting steps. ( Insert three batteries first, then use a pin to stick into the reset hole. Keep holding the pin for about 10 seconds, meanwhile insert the fourth battery. After you hear the beep sound and the deadbolt latch going out, you can release the pin on the reset hole.) Answer:	You only need the existing door knob as the Kwikset will service as your deadbolt.
Question:	Can the deadbolt be rekeyed to match the lower lock key the style is the older key not a smart key
Answer:	It is in the National Building Code that you can not have a double keyed deadbolt. Just for safety. People can not get out of a house in a fire with smoke when they can't get the key. This is SAFETY !!!
