Answer:	I dont think so, it has its own software control panel for the FOBs, cards and time clocks. However provided the Galaxy Power panel uses the same voltage for the magnets and other hardware they could be used in conjunction. You should call Galaxy to see if their hardware proprietary. For the cost it works flawlessly and easy tp set up. I also added and interfaced infrared sensors to open the doors automatically.

Question:	With how many remote controls does this come
Answer:	I had the same problem, it would lock in the open position, but would not lock when the bolt was extended, and you had to do is turn the handle and it would open. I ended up sending mine back and got a cheaper one at Walmart and it works great.

Answer:	I am only a customer. All my locks both Knob and Dead bolt were keyed alike. It is obviously a Manufacturer Quality Control Issue. My opinion is you should take it up with Amazon Customer service.

How to pair your gateway and smart lock ?

1 Plug the gateway and wait for the red LED blinks repidly.

2 Open the NGTeco Home APP.Tap"+" and select "Wired/Wireless Gateway".

3 Connect the Gateway to 2.4GHz Wifi and complete.

NOTE:Please make sure you have 2.4GHz Wifi. Otherwise, your lock can not connect with network

1 Tap"+" and select "Smart Lock/DL30Z".
