Question:	Is there a template to mount the bars with double brackets
Answer:	No. You have to measure. Having said that there is some leeway in the mounting set screws so it doesn't have to be incredibly exact. I was pleasantly surprised that my first holes lined up close enough to make it work and it seems to be pretty solid. There are ways you could make a template if you wanted to take the time but really all you need is a good measure and a level to make it work.
Question:	The color states "brushed". what color is brushed nickel, chrome, etc
Answer:	It is dull, not shiny chrome like. Like steel wool was used on chrome. It is very attractive in the eyes of the beholder. My wife does not like shiny.

Answer:	Well, if the handheld piece is just rotating without stopping... I'd reach out to the seller themselves. Sounds like a defective product.

Answer:	This item produces 2.5gpm and comes with a removable water flow restrictor. If the 2.5gpm is what you are looking for as far as pressure and the head is the size you are looking for, then I suggest you try it. It comes with a Lifetime warranty for parts or refund towards your Amazon account.
Question:	How many gallons per minute does it use
Answer:	from the installation sheet: "This combination shower system is equipped with water flow regulator that limits maximum water flow to 2.5 gallons (9.5 liters) per minute at 80 psi water pressure when both showerheads work together or independently."
Question:	is there a flow regulator on the splitter that connects to the house pipe as well as on both shower heads and can they be easily removed
Answer:	The water flow regulator is located in diverter (Diagram 7 on the instruction sheet). It can be removed with tweezers.
