Answer:	Hello, thank you for your question. Our towel hook comes with 2 screws, anchors, a back plate and a hex key for installation. Here is the instruction: a. use a pencil to locate screw holes on the wall, keep them level. Drill holes then insert anchors into the wall b. there is a set screw on the bottom of the bracket, use hex key to loosen it, take the plate out c. screw the plate into the wall with supplied screws then secure the holder to the plate, tighten the set screw with hex key.
