Answer:	I don't see why you would want to -- marble and stone are porous so need sealant, porcelain is not, so shouldn't need it

Answer:	After a few minutes wipe off excess with dry cotton towel. If you miss any (like if it dries on polished porcelain tile) you can spray some sealer on it again and wipe it all off. Cleans up nicely.

Answer:	It is a spray so would be tough doing the whole house

Question:	What do you recommend for regular maintenance cleaning after application? For example, right now I use a magic eraser. Is that too harsh
Answer:	No that is not too harsh. The AQUA X grout sealer should make routine cleaning much easier. Where you had to scrub, you may now just have to wipe away. But a magic eraser is fine.
Question:	So do I just spray over all my grout (and tiles) and wipe off the tiles afterwards? I don't want to discolor my tiles or have a sticky residue
Answer:	I’d do a test tile first if you have left over tile from the install. I prefer to get a tile grout sealer bottle (Home Depot or Lowe’s) with a small brush or wheel on it & pour the liquid in spray bottle into the sealer bottle & apply with that. Have a damp rag handy to wipe off any sealer that gets on tile. Follow the directions on the bottle thereafter. Our tile didn’t need to be sealed, so we just sealed the grout lines.
Question:	can this product be used on grouted glass subway tiles
Answer:	Thanks for your interest in our products! The AQUA-X Grout Sealer will work great on grout glass subway tiles. Since the tiles are glazed, the AQUA-X Grout Sealer won't seal the tiles, just the grout. Just spray the sealer on the grout/tile and use a lint free cloth to get the excess sealer off the tile.
Question:	We just installed mexican tile in our mudroom. the tiles were sealed prior to grouting. can i use this on the tiles as well or only grout lines
Answer:	Thanks for your interest in our products! You can use our grout sealer on tiles as well as grout. If the tiles are already sealed, then the AQUA-X Grout Sealer won't be able to penetrate into the tiles. It won't hurt the tiles either, so when spraying the grout just wipe the excess sealer off the tiles for an easy cleanup.

Answer:	The best product to use on a porous stone would be using the 511 Porous plus. The Tile & Stone sealer is a good product but it is made for more of a dense surface.
Question:	Can I use this on faux flagstone (cement covered with a textured flagstone "look")? Also this is outside in direct sunlight...will this yellow

Answer:	I don't know. Likely not if the color isn't on the surface. Test it on a small area.

Answer:	I don’t think this product is supposed to create an impenetrable seal that water can’t get into. My understanding is it’s supposed to protect it from stains not seal it totally. I could be wrong though.
Question:	How do I use this on granite
Answer:	You just pour on the counter top evenly, wait 5 to 10 minutes and then wipe off with a clean towel or microfiber cloth. If you want extra protection you can apply twice.
Question:	can this be used on grout that has been painted with grout re-color
Answer:	No. If your grout has been painted with a color seal it will not need to be sealed with any grout sealer. Grout color seals put a thin layer of "paint" on top of the grout that will not allow clear penetrating sealer to soak into the grout.

Answer:	Yes it does. After you put sealer on and let it dry for a day or two , put some water on grout and it should bead up , like water on a waxed car does.

Answer:	Clean your grout lines FIRST, before applying a sealer of any kind. You never want to apply a sealer over dirty or discolored grout. They will remain that way! In my experience, I can recommend "Fresh Start 2000" as the best grout cleaner. Mix it with water. Use a spray bottle to apply. Scrub with a small stiff brush. Simple and easy to use and it will make your grout look new again. Full cure time for Aqua Mix Gold is 24 hours. Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats if applying more than 1 coat. Ready for surface traffic in 2 hours after final coat. Keep grout lines dry for 12 hours after final coat. Aqua Mix Gold penetrates grout. I recommend 2 coats for a long lasting protective seal. Answer:	This product states it "CAN" cover up to 4000 sq ft per gallon. The surface would have to be something like granite to get that kind of coverage. On porous stone the coverage would be much less something like 500 to 1000 sq ft per gallon. This is the best sealer I have ever used and I have used a lot. Question:	After applying, how long do i have to wait before i can cut my tile
Answer:	24-48 Hours.
Question:	fire pit sealers for hi heat
Answer:	I'd have to say no on that one. It could probably take a little heat but anything close to direct flames, forget it.
Question:	My intent is to use this at an entry door, I live in Seattle, will this make the stone slick
Answer:	I don't know for sure, but with the way it looks and feels on my table, I would think that yes, it will make the stone slick.
Question:	How do you apply it? Brush, spray bottle, pesticide spray hose etc? I'll be using it for about 30 stones approx 7"x
Answer:	We applied it to a slate floor with a wool pad applicator, made for applying floor finishes. Worked well. We were going to use a paint roller, but since the instructions didn't mention that in its list of ways to apply, I was worried it may create bubbles or cause problems. The instructions do list a pad applicator, paint brush, or low presure sprayer. The consistemcy out of the bottle is about like skim milk, or watered down Elmers glue. Dries within an hour, pleasant smell, easy to work with. Did 3 coats. We are extremely pleased with the results.

Answer:	Hi there, thank you for your question about our Wet-Look Sealer. This product can be used over the satin finish concrete paint if it's water-based and in good condition. Also, it may be best to reach out to the manufacturer of the paint to check if our sealer can be used over theirs. I hope this info helps.
Question:	Do you sell low-gloss? If so, how do you order it
Answer:	No problems
Question:	The high gloss sealer did not work on my acid stained colored concrete walkway, outdoors. It turned milky white. Now how do I remove the sealer
Answer:	I honestly don’t know When we used the product it was a milky white when applied but by the end of the day the White was gone and the clear gloss appeared. I suggest you go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and ask that question Hopefully they can help suggest a product
Question:	Is the low lustre really low? I do not want my brick shiny
Answer:	This stuff was great and yes it was a low lustre. I put two coats on a concrete patio prior to enclosing it into a room and putting a laminate floor down. It does dry relatively quick so be prepared if you are doing multiple coats.
Question:	I am grouting seashells into a design project. Can this be brushed over them while sealing the abstract lines
Answer:	This should seal any grout.
Question:	How long will this grout sealer last
Answer:	This should last 1-3 years depending on traffic and the types of cleaners used to maintain it.
Question:	Can this be used on travertine stone tile and sanded grout lines without damaging or etching the travertine
Answer:	I put some on my quartz countertop in an inconspicuous spot. No damage. Put it on grout between travertine back splash and quartz and I didn’t see any marks.
Question:	why is everyone reviewing the cleaner on the sealer listing? Anyone on the sealer
Answer:	The cleaner is great. Don't know the sealer.

Question:	does it work on marble tiles grout
Answer:	I am not sure, I'd see what the instructions say or contact the manufacture. I used it on a standard mixture tile grout and it worked great.
Question:	Does it work on silicone caulk
Answer:	Silicone caulk is not paintable so this product would likely not work on it.
Question:	Can you put sealer over it
Answer:	Nope. It looked beautiful until I put a sealer over it. (I should have searched for "sealer" before I even bought it. :-( ) Don't waste your money.
Question:	Is this product waterproof or will it wash away if I apply it to the shower floor tiles? tia
Answer:	I have used it on 'wet areas' such as around the basin and also the tiles above the sink with no problems. Just made sure the areas were dry first and then after applying let it dry and also used a small heater placed about 1.5M away from it to 'bake' it in for an hour. Still looks white and new. Haven't used it on shower floor tiles though!
