Answer:	It is a spray so would be tough doing the whole house

Answer:	I am not positive, but I would imagine allowing the grout pen drying for 24 hours it would be fine. This product was recommended by the contractor that laid my tile and what he uses.

1. Prepare Surface

Thoroughly clean surfaces and remove any coatings or residue. For tough build-up, Miracle Sealants Miracle Heavy Duty Cleaner Acid Substitute is recommended.

2. Apply Sealer to Dry Surface

In a well ventilated area, use either Miracle Sealant Mira Brush applicator or a clean, lint-free cloth to apply enough sealer to wet the surface. Allow to stand for 3-5 minutes for full penetration.

3. Wipe Excess and Buff

After no more than 5 minutes, remove excess liquid and buff surface with a lint-free cloth. Do not allow sealer to dry on the surface.

Allow to Cure

Allow to dry 3-5 hours, until dry to the touch, before light foot traffic. For best results, keep treated areas dry and free from staining agents for 72 hours.

Question:	What do you recommend for regular maintenance cleaning after application? For example, right now I use a magic eraser. Is that too harsh
Answer:	No that is not too harsh. The AQUA X grout sealer should make routine cleaning much easier. Where you had to scrub, you may now just have to wipe away. But a magic eraser is fine.
Question:	So do I just spray over all my grout (and tiles) and wipe off the tiles afterwards? I don't want to discolor my tiles or have a sticky residue
Answer:	I’d do a test tile first if you have left over tile from the install. I prefer to get a tile grout sealer bottle (Home Depot or Lowe’s) with a small brush or wheel on it & pour the liquid in spray bottle into the sealer bottle & apply with that. Have a damp rag handy to wipe off any sealer that gets on tile. Follow the directions on the bottle thereafter. Our tile didn’t need to be sealed, so we just sealed the grout lines.
Question:	can this product be used on grouted glass subway tiles
Answer:	Thanks for your interest in our products! The AQUA-X Grout Sealer will work great on grout glass subway tiles. Since the tiles are glazed, the AQUA-X Grout Sealer won't seal the tiles, just the grout. Just spray the sealer on the grout/tile and use a lint free cloth to get the excess sealer off the tile.
Question:	We just installed mexican tile in our mudroom. the tiles were sealed prior to grouting. can i use this on the tiles as well or only grout lines

If the tiles are already sealed, then the AQUA-X Grout Sealer won't be able to penetrate into the tiles. It won't hurt the tiles either, so when spraying the grout just wipe the excess sealer off the tiles for an easy cleanup.

Answer:	Natural rocks are pretty much non porous anyway, but this sealer would certainly enhance it. Also important to make sure the grout in between the rocks are approporitely sealed. For sure this is the best sealer I have ever come across.
Question:	Can this be used on travertine stone tile and sanded grout lines without damaging or etching the travertine
Answer:	A little goes a long way. I probably have about 14 feet of granite and I have used this 2 or three times with 2 coats each time.

Question:	Do you have to keep the sealer off of glass? I make a glass mosaic using grout for a backsplash and I don't want to ruin the glass
Answer:	I don't know. Likely not if the color isn't on the surface. Test it on a small area.
Question:	I've applied 4 coats but the grout is still absorbing water. Does this mean i need additional coats? It beads initially
Answer:	I don’t think this product is supposed to create an impenetrable seal that water can’t get into. My understanding is it’s supposed to protect it from stains not seal it totally. I could be wrong though.
Question:	How do I use this on granite
Answer:	You just pour on the counter top evenly, wait 5 to 10 minutes and then wipe off with a clean towel or microfiber cloth. If you want extra protection you can apply twice.
Question:	can this be used on grout that has been painted with grout re-color
Answer:	No. If your grout has been painted with a color seal it will not need to be sealed with any grout sealer. Grout color seals put a thin layer of "paint" on top of the grout that will not allow clear penetrating sealer to soak into the grout.

Answer:	Yes it does. After you put sealer on and let it dry for a day or two , put some water on grout and it should bead up , like water on a waxed car does.

Answer:	Clean your grout lines FIRST, before applying a sealer of any kind. You never want to apply a sealer over dirty or discolored grout. They will remain that way! In my experience, I can recommend "Fresh Start 2000" as the best grout cleaner. Mix it with water. Use a spray bottle to apply. Scrub with a small stiff brush. Simple and easy to use and it will make your grout look new again. Full cure time for Aqua Mix Gold is 24 hours. Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats if applying more than 1 coat. Ready for surface traffic in 2 hours after final coat. Keep grout lines dry for 12 hours after final coat. Aqua Mix Gold penetrates grout. I recommend 2 coats for a long lasting protective seal. Answer:	I am not sure, I'd see what the instructions say or contact the manufacture. I used it on a standard mixture tile grout and it worked great.

Answer:	Silicone caulk is not paintable so this product would likely not work on it.

Answer:	Nope. It looked beautiful until I put a sealer over it. (I should have searched for "sealer" before I even bought it. :-( ) Don't waste your money.

Answer:	I have used it on 'wet areas' such as around the basin and also the tiles above the sink with no problems. Just made sure the areas were dry first and then after applying let it dry and also used a small heater placed about 1.5M away from it to 'bake' it in for an hour. Still looks white and new. Haven't used it on shower floor tiles though!

Answer:	I have used Black Diamond Granite Sealer one time after installing our granite counter top 3 years ago. The Sealer was very easy to use....almost fun! The results were perfect! I would highly recommend it. I also use the Black Diamond cleaner almost everyday, Love that too!

Answer:	As long as possible but At least 4 hours.
Question:	Can this be used in reptile tanks? Im using sanded ground on a backboard for a gargole gecko and want to know if its safe for her to be on after it dr
Answer:	Great question. After it dries it will permanently bond to the surface and not leach into the tank. It is important to apply it, let it completely dry and “cure” for about 2 hours. Then wipe the surface with a wet rag Or rinse with water if possible to remove any residual sealer. It is unlikely to harm the gecko even when wet however, we don’t test it for safety on all animal types. We use the same technology for testing freshwater fish tanks to keep them clean so it has undergone difficult to pass safety tests for aquatic life. One Side benefit of the technology is that it will help reduce or eliminate odors.

Answer:	I wouldn't describe it as glossy... it's kind of the same finish that most caulk has. I wouldn't let that stop you buying it. This is the best caulk I've ever used. It's a little tricky to work with and you have to work fast because it's so tacky. Water just beads up on contact with it. It's definitely a waterproof seal. I'm buying more to do another job because I was so impressed. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. We recommend using the 10.1 oz tube for your tub to be sure you have enough. One 10.1 ounce tube is enough to caulk two bathtubs and one sink. The squeeze tube is only 2.8 oz..

Answer:	It should be enough, if you put a nice, unified layers all across the cracks. It depends how big the cracks are!! if is just for touch up it is plenty. But I would say 1 tube is enough for the job.

Answer:	To remove old caulk, I used a razor. Recommend ordering a razor holder found on Amazon. It's about 5" long, razor is screwed into place and it comes with extra blades. Much better than the plastic widget. Gently but firmly slide razor along top of old caulk, then repeat along the bottom of caulk to remove it. This was the easiest method for me. Ensure the surface is clean and free of debris. Spray and wipe with non ammonia window cleaner. Use gloved finger to smooth into sealant line. Best to watch a few videos if you aren't a pro. I watched a utube video.

Formulated for porous surfaces, Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus penetrates the surface of natural stones like travertine, limestone, slate to provide stain and water protection. 1. Prepare Surface

Thoroughly clean surfaces and remove any coatings or residue. For tough build-up, Miracle Sealants Miracle Heavy Duty Cleaner Acid Substitute is recommended.

2. Apply Sealer to Dry Surface

In a well ventilated area, use either a Miracle Sealant's applicator or a clean, lint-free cloth to apply enough sealer to wet the surface. Allow to stand for 3-5 minutes for full penetration.

3. Wipe Excess and Buff

After no more than 5 minutes, remove excess liquid and buff surface with a lint-free cloth. Do not allow sealer to dry on the surface.

Allow to Cure

Allow to dry 3-5 hours, until dry to the touch, before light foot traffic. For best results, keep treated areas dry and free from staining agents for 72 hours.

I have purchased several different kinds of gorilla glue for various projects but they don't all work as the same strength. I personally would use/recommend the gorilla clear gel glue...it's really strong💪. My husband used it on his car front bumper(2010 jaguar)as an emergency fix over 6 months ago nd it's still holding on. He drives over 50 miles a day. So I hope this answer helps you. THANKS!😁
