Answer:	The stain is really good. I used in about 9 yrs ago so I don't remember if it had a strong odor or a residual odor. I used it on an outdoor deck however. I'm hoping to restain in a couple of weeks, so if you ask again later I may have a better answer for you.

Answer:	I am not sure I understand your question. You can purchase, from my experience, quarts - which would be about right for an $88 gallon container when broken down. This is great stuff and I can not speak highly enough about it. Only think I would advise up front is to go with a color that has more tint than the Natural. I have a 3,200+ sf deck that was originally finished in the Natural. When I had to reapply 8 years later I moved to the Cedar finish and am happy with the amount of fade the past couple of years. Will more than likely stay with the Cedar when it needs done six years from now. Hope that helps you out a bit!

Answer:	Did you shake it before you started ? I have not experienced your problem . I brush it on ,leave it in the sun,brush out all wet spots the next day,give it more sun until it can be worked with. Good luck.

Answer:	I personally wouldn't try it. The top is kind of pronged and rounded and my string lights slide off fairly easy. I couldn't hook my lighted wreath with it. I would be concerned of that 20 lbs landing on you. Maybe see if there is something with longer prongs on end to hook it on to hoist it.

Answer:	I don’t think it would work for that application as there is no hook or clip which can be attached to the gutter clip

Answer:	I have not used it for that purpose but I would say yesas its very long and sturdy. With multiple ways of you using it due to the end design I would say yes

Answer:	You can use any type of cleaner (we would not recommend bleach) but make sure to thoroughly wash out the chemicals with clean water before application. PREP: Surfaces must be clean, bare, and porous. Remove excessive dust and loose particles. Remove paints, sealers, curing compounds, adhesives, oil, grease, organic growth, efflorescence and other contaminants that could interfere with sealer penetration. Surfaces must be porous enough to readily absorb the sealer. Hard-troweled surfaces require chemical etching or mechanical abrasion to increase porosity.
Question:	Can this be used partially painted interior brick walls to deal with and seal old paint that may potentially contain lead
Answer:	You can use any commercially available cleaner on treated surfaces.

Answer:	Although it has been successfully used for sealing small fish ponds and bird baths (due to few alternatives) this product was not designed for, nor is it recommend, to be used for surfaces under constant water. A 2.5-gallon quantity should safely cover 400 sq. ft.

Question:	What is the warranty on this
Answer:	I don't believe there is any warranty. We applied it two years ago and the covered areas still look good. The section in direct Sun...needs to have it applied again.
Question:	How long can the product be stored once the container is opened
Answer:	We actually used some that we had stored in our garage that was left over from the last time we stained our siding and that was in the summer of 2012, 6 yrs ago. When we removed the lid, it looked like it had become a gel but my husband used a drill with a paint mixer/stirrer tool and it became liquefied again. We applied it to the siding without incident and the color matched the new 5 gallon containers we bought this summer .
Question:	I have 275 ft of fence plus a gate- what's the coverage with using a sprayer
Answer:	I’m in the process of staining my fence (I am using a different brand) with a semi-transparent stain. I have 187’ of fence at 5’ high including 2 gates. Applied with a roller and brush, I’m going to need around 13 gallons. My recommendation is rent a sprayer from Home Depot. You’ll save time and money as you’ll use less product and it will go much much faster.
Question:	we have a heavy dining set and i am worried about scratches after i stain, how does it hold up to heavy chairs moving back and forth
Answer:	I have a deck/patio furniture set, including a cast iron umbrella base. Lots of use over the last year with no evidence of scratches in the deck. The stain penetrates the wood rather than building a barrier so dragging stuff across the boards won't take it off provided the wood is properly prepared.

Answer:	Overkill. 3m5200 is a permanent adhesive, but won't stick well if the surface is wet. If it does stick it won't come off. I'd look into some asphalt patching compound

Answer:	It should, provided you did not use a silicon based sealer on the RV roof. I have used it on my RV roof, with good results. This is the best caulk I have ever used.

Answer:	Yes, but in my judgment, it does not sand well. To cut off excess, an X-Acto knife works better for me. It has lasted a few days for me IF it is very carefully sealed up.

Question:	How much out gassing does this do
Answer:	While it is certainly likes the sun for 'curing', as long as you have natural heat you will be ok. Part of our 3,700 sf deck is in direct sunlight while a small (maybe 10%) is shaded part of the day. We are in Northern West Virginia and treated 7 years ago this month with the Natural color. While it still beads water, the 'color' has finally faded enough that I am about to order the next application in Red Cedar. The reason for the color change is that the higher the pigment, the less the fade. I am one happy customer!
Question:	Bond distributing one time 00300 stain/sealer redwood - is the actual color more orangey, brownish, or reddish
Answer:	I used this on my new deck 7 years ago, much of the deck is in the shade. The product has been great and only now am I considering a reapplication. It did take a while to dry, but I did it whe it was hot out, and it dried in time for a community house tour in a week, 80 people walked on it and it was fine. It still looks great, no peeling just a little fading. I would recommend it to any one. Who wants to retreat every two years! This really did last 7.

How To Apply The Concrete, Brick & Stone Sealer

Make sure that the surface temperature is a minimum of 40°F and a maximum of 100°F for three hours following application. Once your surface is free and clear of any dirt and debris, use a low pressure pump-up garden sprayer to spray a thin, even layer. The use of a sprayer will allow you to evenly apply the product. For vertical surfaces, start at the bottom and work your way towards the top, applying a flood coat so that the sealer runs down approximately 6" from where you're spraying. The surface should remain wet for 2-3 minutes before final absorption. Apply a second coat within a few minutes of the first. On horizontal surfaces, avoid puddling or ponding; brush or broom to spread material until the sealer thoroughly penetrates the surface. Surface will be dry in 2-6 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Allow 24 hours before driving on surface.
