ALWAYS be careful and aware of what's underneath your 'feet'. If the ground is too moist to support your weight, or to maintain decent traction... i'd recommend not using them. If a leg gets stuck in the mud or you slip, it can cause you to trip and fall. Short answer... are they suitable for outdoor use, yea.. I use them outside. Just be careful where you walk and be mindful of your surroundings.

Answer:	Not sure of the weight limit, I'm 160lbs and I was lifting 3/4 inch plywood while wearing them and they had no problem carrying the extra weight.
