Question:	So the intended installation is 32 inches high by 48 inches wide? One reviewer said they can't be turned because the pegs will not work
Answer:	Correct. If you are going to use the Wall Control hooks and accessories, they go into special vertical slots, so each of the three 32" (tall) by 16" (wide) panels must be installed in the correct orientation. The panels still have the standard pegboard holes as well, which would of course work with standard pegs no matter the panel orientation.On the Wall Control website, they do sell panels in sizes and shapes other than the 32" x 16" sizes that come with most of the kits.
Question:	What is the recommended space to leave behind the pegboard for insertion of the hangers
Answer:	You do not need to leave any space. The way the pegboard is designed, it is already offset from the wall with any distance for the hangers to be hung without damaging your wall. This is the easiest pegboard system I have ever used. We got the white one to use in our kitchen for pots and pans a la Julia Child - it works great and looks awesome. All of our friends have admired it.

Answer:	it came with 15-25 hooks of different sizes, metal tray 3 parts bins, screw driver holder, I bought extra hooks and didn't need them. this did not cone with any tools

Answer:	I use mine for cleaning tools and top rack has multiple uses for tools or cleaning supplies. For me this is very useful as it it a small rack, and hold buckets etc.

Question:	What about the clearance needed to get tools out that are stored in the holes? Any issues with ceiling heights when getting tools out
Answer:	Yes, I would recommend having a minimum clearance of your longest tool/rake/etc plus about 10 inches when taking the item out of the rack. I would not recommend it storing large/long tools in an area with a low to normal 7-8ft ceiling (run the risk of hitting the ceiling occasionally). I personally have mine in the basement with a 10ft clearance. It would also work well in some of the pre-fab tool sheds that have a high ceiling. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I would NEVER recommend to store your tools outside- I buy good tools and I expect years of use from them- putting them outside is throwing money away and not taking good care. CAN this be put outside? Sure- just like anything you own can- your couch for example. But SHOULD you? This is not its intended purpose. I'm not sure it's UV rated (and I wouldn't expect it to be). Maybe keep on the edge of the garage and roll it out? You could ALWAYS replace the casters no problem if they crap out-cheaper than the holder and your tools!
Question:	Is is sturdy without tools falling over
Answer:	I have at least 50 tools in this caddy including a sledge hammer with many other various tools that would destroy my car. I park my BMW a foot from the stand every day and I have tested it like an earthquake would and it is perfect! I would never park my bmw near it if I were scared of it falling over. Difficult to believe how sturdy it is sometimes.

We do NOT recommend mounting our BLAT Tool rack to brick or any hardened surface because our included hardware may not be able to handle being bolted into brick. Question:	Are screws long enough to go through plasterboard and into studs
Answer:	Yes 1-1/2” screw that I received and my drywall thickness is 1/2. So 1” will be enough to mount hook
Question:	What size drill bit is needed for fitting the plastic plugs supplied into drywall
Answer:	It comes with 2 different fasteners. The black ones are for drywall and do not need a hole drilled. They are self /drilling/tapping into the wall. The grey ones are meant for brick or concrete and need a 5/16" bit. Of note I would not recommend anchoring in drywall unless you are going to hang something really light, and if this is true you do not need this strong of a hanger. In my opinion you should anchor these in a stud either directly or indirectly with a runner board. They can hold a lot of weight and drywall will give out eventually.
