Answer:	I have had mine for nearly a year and they are fine. No fraud or bends in them. It is true that if struck hard enough with a Frisbee that it goes down easily but they stay i tact.

Answer:	Kelly,Yes the game is super fun in the water on a sand bar. Depending on the sand you may want to remove the footpiece so you can push the pole deeper into the sand. You can leave the footpiece on in some instances and twist into the sand as well. One note of caution, take the poles apart and rinse before sliding them into the collapsed position again. Sometimes sand can get in between which will make it difficult to slide together and will scratch the paint. If you are using in salt water, give each one of the snap buttons a squirt of WD40 or the like to prevent long term rusting. The bottles and disc float. Answer:	You can play 1 v. 1, as Stephanie pointed out you do need to be able to catch the disc and bottle with one hand. Please take a look at our video to master what is called the "flip catch". This is when the disc hits the pole or bottle and you immediately catch the disc, flip it over and use the disc to catch the bottle. This takes a while to master, but, it is also an important defensive move when playing 2 v. 2 where your partner cannot reach the disc or bottle. Have fun !!

Answer:	These shoes are FORGED steel - this is what makes them durable. The cheep stuff is cast iron - those would crack very easily. These are top notch - highly recommend.

Answer:	The shoes have a small, raised horizontal line across each end and below that is an indentation for a thumb, I presume. I throw my shoes from the middle.

Answer:	The only rules I see about stakes is that they need to protrude 14"-15" So I would prefer a 24" stake over 36" I can't imagine pounding a stake 22" into the ground and expecting to get it out unless it was at the beach. From the National Horseshoes Pitchers Association: Stakes - The stake is the target at which the shoe is pitched. Stakes shall be positioned in the very center of the pitcher's box, on the court's lengthwise centerline, with a minimum of twenty-one inches (21") from the stake to the front and back of the pit substance. The distance between stakes shall be forty feet (40'). This distance is to be measured from the front of each stake, level with the pitching platform. Stakes shall be one inch (1") in diameter and shall be made of cold-rolled steel, mild iron, soft metal, or NHPA-approved synthetic material. The top of each stake shall be no less than fourteen inches (14") and no greater than fifteen inches (15") above the level of the pitching platforms (see exception for raised pits in Section C, below).
