Answer:	Using a wing nut/toggle bolt should be OK since there is not much stress on the holder when putting things on and taking them off. Hope it works for you, it sure does the trick for us. Ours is anchored with the included anchors in a hollow wall (the studs were not in the right place for just the screws) and it is fine.

Answer:	Ive got a swiffer mop with the mop solution hanging on it. A vacuum if its really lightweight might work if its hung very securely with anchors or in a stud in the wall. Most things I have around mine are relatively light weight with the one heavier item.

Answer:	Yes, it does. I think they changed the design of this holder over the years, because at least two versions are pictured in the product images. One version (older) had two concealed slide-out hooks. If you like that idea, that design may still be sold by V-tech. (It's possible that an even older version had no hooks at all.) The one I bought a month or so ago (note: bought from SH Toys; Amazon was out of stock at the time) has six fold-down plastic hooks (as in the first product image). They're thick and fairly stiff. I ended up not being able to use it and gave it to a friend instead, but I liked the fold-down hooks. They seemed sturdy and well-sized. That said, if you use the hooks, you will probably end up blocking at least one tool. You will need to take things off the hooks to get those tools out. If you're still considering this product, I hope my answer helps.
Question:	how is this attached to the wall by screws
Answer:	This is held to the wall as other answers have described. I just now installed mine and I have a word of warning. In retrospect (live & learn) I would buy my own anchors for this unit. The anchors supplied do NOT have the collar around the end that stops them from sliding into your wall! You need a 1/4 inch drill to drill a snug hole for the anchors. Tap them in with a hammer till flush and you'd think that they will remain there. They do not. I have basic sheetrock walls on a house built 20 yrs ago, so nothing odd or special. My first anchor slid into the hole and out the other side (into the wall) even though it was very snugly fit. I realized then that the trick would be to screw in the remaining 5 screws very very gently. I screwed them in with almost zero pressure until I could feel that they had gripped the plastic anchor. Now, since you have 6 holes drilled with anchors (I only had 5), you should leave each individual screw loosly engaged until you have gotten all the screws engaged. This way if you're off by a bit on your drilled holes, you can still get all screws to seat. Ok, so I got all screws engaged then proceeded to oh, so gently turn them, in an attempt to get them engaged enough to spread the anchors and then be firmly/tightly in place. No such luck. The remaining 5 screw/anchor combos have somewhat tightened. I would say about 50-75% of what they should be. If I try to wiggle the unit, it does not wiggle, but on one screw, I can twirl my screwdriver between thumb and 1st finger and the entire screw/anchor unit twirls. The others also just twirl although the screws are all the way in touching the plastic of the unit. Now, the mechanism that grips a broom handle is very tight. It is so tight that sometimes I have to push it up with my thumb to get the handle in. That would be fine, since things tend to loosen over time, and I would expect this to become easier as it's used. However, in this instance it's probably a major failing, since the unit is not tightly and firmly held onto the wall. It's snug, yes, but over the next 6 months, I expect this unit to get looser and looser till one day when pushing or pulling a broom it is going to come out completely. Hopefully it won't damage my wall so I can put some 'real' anchors in to hold it better.

Answer:	I don't think the kind of wall matters, the product should be ok on any wall. For me, the challenge would be being able to drill holes in the concrete or brick because my drill isn't that good, but if you can drill the holes the product should be fine if it is well connected to the wall.

Question:	Once installed, how far does it stick out from the wall
Answer:	I measured between 2.5 & 3 inches. The things hanging need to sit mostly flush to the wall to hang right, though. For example my mop has a handle to wring it out that has to stick out or it won't fit.

Answer:	17x3x3.5 meaning 17 end to end 3 top to bottom and 3.5 from the wall out.

Answer:	The smaller one I have put is 1 inch in diameter, has no problem holding it. Anything below that could be an issue so no for small dusters or anything like that. As per size (lenght) i can't see any limitation, grip is tight so i guess even a very long stick would hold.
Question:	How does it install? Screws or a sticky tape on back
Answer:	I would like to add that the provided .75 inch screws were not long enough to go through my drywall and into the stud behind. If you plan to attach to studs, you may need to provide your own screws depending on the thickness of your drywall. 1.25 inch wood screws did the trick for me.

Question:	What is the largest diamenter that fits the slots
Answer:	about 1 5/8" or about 4cm's
Question:	What size drill bit is needed
Answer:	It tells you on the package but to be honest I use the #2 Philip tip in my drill as the drill for the shields. they usually fit that pretty well, but not every time! You don't if you use the tip don’t drill all the way through to come out the back side of the drywall. Then start the shield and tap in in with a hammer until flush with the face of the drywall. If this is uncomfortable use the drill size that is recommended for the shield provided.

Answer:	I think they were 1 5/8" or 1 3/4" but that was a while back. they came with drywall screw sheath anchors but I was ablet to hit studs so I didn't use them.

Answer:	The holder itself mounts flat against the wall and sticks out about two inches. You would need to factor in the depth of whatever will be hanging on the holder.

Answer:	It will not fit a vacuum hose. I recommend it only to hold a standard broom or mop stick.
