Question:	what size is the actual delsey luggage? Doesn’t show measurements
Answer:	The body dimensions (case size/packing area) are 24x16.5x11 inches. The overall dimensions (wheels & handle) are 27x17.5x11.5 inches. The weight is 10.8lbs.
Question:	Received the suit case but it's locked don't know the code
Answer:	Go to delsey.com to find out how to set your unique code. In the meantime, to open the case, set the tumblers to 0000. Slide the little latches on either side of the handle away from the midline. This releases the lock and allows the case to be opened. Delsey really should include instructions at shipping!
Question:	How do you reset the lock combination
Answer:	1. You want to open the luggage first by setting the combination to 000 2. Then slide the TSA button towards the Red dot to open it and pop out the zipper pulls 3. Then there is a little silver hole in between the zipper pulls & the 000 combination 4. With a pen, pencil or paper clip or something pointed; press firmly on the silver hole button until you hear a click. Keep the pen, pencil or paper clip pressed down 4. As you hold down the pen, pencil or paper clip; change the number from 000 to a new number you are comfortable with 5. After you confirm your new number you are going to let go of the pen, pencil or paper clip and slide the TSA button back to the original position. At anytime you don't remember the code or the lock doesn't respond then we can't open it over the phone and you will have to use one of our repair centers to help you. Question:	Has anyone tried traveling with this as a carry-on internationally (specifically American Airlines or Finnair
Answer:	Yes. Traveled to Rome 2018 with the 22 inch via AA with no problem. It fit in the test box in the airport and in the overhead. I do plan to purchase the 21” as for my husband. Love this luggage...have never seen anyone else with the style. Also noticed it is very popular in stores in Europe.

Question:	Has anyone used this on American Airlines underseat item
Answer:	Yes! I have just returned from a 5-flight AA trip that required 2 legs going and 3 returning, and on all flights I was able to tuck this under the seat in front of me, even stuffed. Also, the flight attendants loved me bc the overheads were full on 3 of 5! SO glad I bought this.
Question:	What type of batteries does USB port need
Answer:	You need to provide your own external battery. There is a USB cord inside the pocket that would plug in to your battery, and then you'd be able to charge from the port on the suitcase. Keep in mind, more airlines are requiring that you remove these external batteries if you have to gate check/valet your bag.
Question:	Does the front pocket have any useful organizing slots or pockets or is it plain inside
Answer:	Yes. There are useful organizing slots in the front pocket.
Question:	Will either of the side pockets hold a water bottle
Answer:	Mine has only 1 side zipper pocket & yes, you could fit a 20 oz Aquafina water bottle but it is a tight fit & I couldn't get it to zip all the way close. It will not fit (too wide) under the isle seat of the new delta planes. The other seats it fits nicely.

Answer:	No, I don't think so. I have the 24in and just used it for a 6 day trip and it was perfect. Not to big or to small. The 20in would not have worked for me. For the money the 24 is better. But it would probably not work as a carryon.

Answer:	Hi,I'm 6' 6" and I am fully comfortable pushing on all 4 wheels or tilting it and wheeling behind me on 2 wheels. I'd guess it is ~4.5' high. Regardless, it's comfortable to use by a person of any size.

Answer:	My kitchen scale says 6 lbs & 7 oz.

Answer:	No, it is 22" from bottom of wheels to top curve of handle. You might eke out 1/2" by smashing the handle down. The other measurements are 15" wide and 9" deep.

Answer:	This product's overall dimensions are actually 21.6x14.4x9.2 and allowed carry on dimensions for domestic airlines are 22x14x9. Based on that, it looks like this product violates the carry on requirements.
