The software only supports those ports. Next run the software install and type AM-270 for the meter model when requested. Make sure the RS232 cable is labeled BC-85Xa. That should be it. The RS-232 to optical cable rotates into the back of the AM-270. If you need further help please call 800-443-5853. |
