Answer:	In most cases, Nest thermostats can get enough power from your system’s heating and cooling wires. But in a small number of situations you may need to connect a common or C wire to deliver enough consistent power to your thermostat when your heating and cooling wires are not able to deliver the needed power for your Nest thermostat. Battery drain issues normally happen when the power from your heating and cooling system goes out. The 2 AAA alkaline batteries are used as a backup, or to supplement if your system can’t deliver enough power.
Question:	I don't have a 'C' wire... how difficult is to adapt the Ecobee using the included cable and how is it done

Answer:	Hi there, this unit REQUIRES an internet connection, based on a WiFi (wireless) connection. Once the device establishes an internet connection to the Honeywell cloud (which is cool!) you can effectively control the thermoostat from anywhere you have an internet connection.... even your smartphone. Answer:	The WiFi setup requires you to create an account on mytotalconnectcomfort.com. It’s not that hard. The biggest problem with this thermostat is the unreliable remote connectivity ever since Honeywell spun off their thermostat division 6 months ago. Now it’s frequent periods of time where the thermostat will not respond to remote commands. It’s maddening
Question:	What if i have a C wire
Answer:	When you put it on circulate, the fan comes on for about 10 minutes every 20 minutes or so. The owners manual says it runs about 35% of the time. I used this feature this Fall with the system off (no heat or a/c) just to circulate the air through my Filtrete filters.

Answer:	You do not need WiFi to use this fan. Thank you for your interest in Modern Forms Smart Fans.
Question:	Can this be mounted without using a down rod
Answer:	Those will work for any wood or drywall under 1 inch thick. This set is used alot for plumbing. Ideal for counter tops, drywall and kitchen cabinets.
Question:	What is the difference with the three lighting? If it's dimmable can I buy the 3500 and go from soft lighting to bright
Answer:	This kit has everything beside the drill. All you need is an electric drill, maybe pencils and measuring tape. All of those you can find in our Amazon store.
Question:	How many fans on 1 switch
Answer:	No, not everyone. It won't work for babies or very small children who simply don't have the strength to hold and operate a drill. Elderly people may also lack the muscle power for drilling. You also need to use this in an area with electricity. A woodsman who lives outside the confines of modern society will struggle with this product, because without electric power, it's useless. This product is best used by able-bodied people who own a drill, know how to operate it, and reside in an area with electricity.

Question:	Will this integrate with a Samsung Smart Things hub
Answer:	It is really shame that Chamberlain myQ decided to NOT support SmartThings. After their announcement to support it (which was if I remember 2015 or 2016), I actually switched all of the garage openers to be myQ compatible... which ended in major disappointment because they never got out the integration. There was a manual integration that a SmartThings user did, but even this one is now defunct.
Question:	Why does chamberlain charge a fee when the other devices are free
Answer:	This is a shame and Chamberlain should be embarrassed. It's pathetic. I would rather pay $10-20 more to never pay a subscription fee as long as I own the device. Aonthly or annual fee is just sickening and it's the singular reason why I have not purchased this product. Everything I own is Chamberlain. By including a fee, they have completely ALIENATED A LOYAL CUSTOMER. Am I also understanding this correctly that Alexa does not have a subscription fee for integration?
