Answer:	According to the technical details on the product description page , this timer consumes a fairly high 1725 watts. However, when I checked a number of comparable digital timers, I found similarly high levels of wattage ranging from 1000w to 1850w. I find this very surprising since these timers have an LCD display and no motor like their mechanical counterparts. By way of comparison, my mechanical timers consume 1750w.

Answer:	Yes it definitely can! These timers are great because you can choose whatever day or days of the week you want your product to turn on or off. So in your case, you could set the timer it to turn on say on Monday morning at 6 am and not turn off again until Thursday morning at 6 am. Or you can choose to have it turn on your products every day, every other day, or on and off multiple times in one day. They are very easy to program which is great because the first timers I bought were not easy to program and I just got rid of them because these are fantastic!
Question:	Are these quiet after they have been used for a long time? My mechanical ones start making loud noises after several months--very annoying
Answer:	My Century 7 timers are brand new. I have not experienced any loud noises coming out of them. Although they are on the larger side, they are wonderful, easy to program and reliable so far. I gave them as gifts and set them up for someone that I know. They work well for my friend.

Answer:	While I am not sure why one would want to put a refrigerator on a timer, the BN-LINK ought to be able to handle it. The unit can handle up to 15 amps and a load of 1,725 watts. Electric motors typically have a starting wattage that is considerably greater than their running wattage. An Energy Star refrigerator should not need to have a starting load of more than 1,200 watts; and, its running load should be somewhere between 130 and 195 watts. Older refrigerators will need more power and may require a running load of up to 900 watts. I would say that even if you should have an inefficient refrigerator, this timer should be able to handle the load; however, I would strongly recommend that you power no other appliance or device if this timer is also powering a refrigerator. I would also recommend that you not use an extension cord with the timer if you are planning to power a refrigerator with it.

Then press and hold the Learning button again until the light flashes again, and press the desired button on your remote (say, remote button #1) to sync the outlet and remote together. Do this same process to your second outlet. Now when you press the #1 button on your remote, both outlets will turn on with a single click!

Answer:	My experience with similar products is: If you buy several, the remotes will work on each. In other words they have the same frequency. I expect these are the same. So, if you buy 100 of these sets, you won't get 300 frequencies. You will get the same 3 frequencies 100 times. I found that worked well for my uses.

Answer:	It's installers fault. It detects how much light is hitting the sensor, so you can't put it directly under the lights it controls. If you do that, then it will detect dusk, turn on the lights and it's already detecting them, so it will turn off (because it's not dark anymore). You can put that away from light source so that it does not turn off every time lights turn on. As far as I can see, this one has also timer option which should prevent that. It will turn on and stay on for given number of hours. People probably set it to dusk-dawn operation and put it near light source it was controlling. Every sensor operated switch will start to flicker in such condition until it has additional turn off timer built in.
Question:	If there is a power outage, will the unit automatically reset to the originally selected timer setting
Answer:	It will work daily. It will accomodate up to 1725W.
Question:	I read a number of buyers questioned why the timer switches back and forth from on to off once set every few second. Is this a setting or malfunction
Answer:	It is a 24 hour timer. You set it for which specific hours or for how many hours within each 24 hours that you want it on or off. So, you can set it to be on or off at certain specific times - with the center dial as a guide that you set for the current time that it is when you are ready to set the timer for use, or you can set it to be off or on for any number of hours that you want in 15 minute increments, pushing segments down for when you want it on and leaving them up for when you want it off.

Answer:	The Fosmon timer 24 hour timer has two male prongs that attaches the timer to your wall outlet. If your lamp will plug into that wall outlet it should plug the timer outlet. If there is a problem with the timer outlet, you could use the second timer to check the outlet of the first timer to see if that outlet might be damaged. When doing this be sure the timer is “NOT PLUGED” into to the wall outlet.

Answer:	Both the female (to the appliance) and male (to the wall) plugs are two-prong polarized connectors. There is not a third, ground prong on either connection.

Answer:	you can have 12 hr or 24 hour so if you put the clock on a 12 hr cycle you should be able to have 2 on off cycles in a 24 hr period. Just not able to have more than one on off in a 12 hr period.

Answer:	Yes. Crockpots are a resistive load. This item is rated 15A resistive. All the crockpots I've seen are much less wattage; much less than even 500W.
