Answer: I believe it's pin a1 and yes the one I bought had the plug. Although the one I bought is an odd size. ( 14.2 mm ) I ended up grinding it down to 14. If I would have known how simple they are I would have just made one. All you need is an alligator clip to ground out on a slightly spring loaded piece of metal with wires connecting the two.

Answer: Hi. I'm having same situation here. VSO port always delivers 10.6V. After you configure the output as PWM into Spindle Configuration screen, voltage should chance when you chance your spindle speed thru S command (like S1500 for 1500rpm, in my case it should be about 5V) or using manual controls. I've been trying to make it work but nothing. Any idea how to solve it? I think the board has a deflect. Everything else works fine.

Answer: Yes. I am using the controller with a master and slave X axis motor. I think the slave motor issue is a software issue. The controllers and motors are doing what they are told. I know Mach3 software supports a slave.

Answer: Make sure that your PORTS AND PINS are configured correctly. I have the same card and it took me a little while (and some YouTube videos) to figure it out. Just remember to enable PORT 1 (your USB cable) then set motor outputs pins accordingly. The row of connectors for your motors are the pins. The +5v next to the AX1sOUT label is PIN 1, XP is pin 2, XD is pin 33, etc... Hope this helps.

Answer: I ordered this board and cancelled my order, I ordered another USB driver board and found out it was coming on a row boat from China, (DDCM)then after the following payday I ordered a 3rd USB board that was on Amazon prime (already in the US) (smartsain 4axis board) wound up paying something like $50-60 for it. I was already comfortable using Mach 3. I special purchase old computers under $100 from Amazon. As I recall they are Dell computers. Dirt cheap with a monitor. They usually come with Windows XP on them. (the last one had window 10) actually still works with mach3. The Cheaper board works fine I finally got around to wiring up and using the DDCM 6 axis board yesterday and got it working today (with windows 10) not sure about he start sequence yet. But I think I have to unplug the USB every time I exit mach3 and before I go back into Mach 3. I've been using the cheaper 50-60 board for months, by far the older stuff is easier to understand as it already has more support and better instructions. And is ready available. (Smartsain 4 axis board) easy to connect. Works well. I did find a limitation with limit switche inputs I didn't care for. But it works. I found that they are a necessity with Mach software it doesn't care and will crash a machine and loose all your settings if u don't have limit switches installed.All that being said Mach4 is supposed to work even better with USB boards. And modern operating systems. Guess I'm stuck in the early 2010s. I will give you a hint, that may save you months of hard work and learning. Try fusion 360 for CAD Cam software. It's easy to learn plenty of YouTube support and it's free to Hobbiest....

1. There are 3 replays, P2, P3 and P4, which can support MACH3 control software programming. The relay's on or off can be controlled through the control of MACH3 software.
