Answer:	The towel is machine washable, but it is very easy to hand wash it as dirt and stains can be removed easily due to the high-performance fabric. Another reason to suggest hand wash is that the towel may get entangled with other clothing as it is 40 inches long.

Answer:	I live in south Georgia where the humidity is horrid. I haven't used mine yet, but my husband who jogs and works outdoors a lot really likes his. If he takes the time to soak it, it must work. He thinks everything's a gimmick. My son wears his when he does yard maintenance and he said it really made a difference.

Please feel free to check the reset introduction below: 1.Make sure the earphones are turned off, and then long press the multi-function button of the left and right earphones for 15 seconds until the orange and white light of the earphones light up for 1 second and automatically turn off. 2.Restart the earphone. After 2 seconds, double click the multi-function button of the left and right earphones to connect the left and right earphones. 3.After the successful interconnection of the left and right earphones, the orange and white lights of the left earphone flicker alternately. Question:	how is the sound of the bluetooth earbuds
Answer:	The sound quality is very good with no noise or hiss. Although the bass is lacking it excels for audio books, cellphone communication and non-bass music. I think if you had more bass you would loose the crispness of voice quality.
Question:	Does anyone know how to solve sounds frequently cuts in and out
Answer:	You can solve this problem by resetting the Bluetooth earbuds. The reset operation is as follows: 1.Long press and hold the multi-functional key of the earbuds and put them into the charging case to charge,then release multi-functional key; 2.Turn on your mobile phone bluetooth and delete all the bluetooth devices you have connected(including the earphones)，and attempt to reconnect to them.
Question:	how to fix earbuds that won't connect to each other
Answer:	Reset (If 2 earbuds can't pair with each other or can’t connect with your device): 1. Forget the “T12” earbuds device from bluetooth list on your device. 2. Take out two earbuds from the charging case and long press the MFB of 2 earbuds for 6s until there are orange and white lights flashing for 1s then power off automatically. 3. Please long press MFB of the earbuds till 2s to turn on them when you see white lights on the earbuds,then double press MFB of both earbuds and 2 earbuds will connect to each other. After connected successfully, the left earbud will have orange and white lights flicker alternately. 4. After reset, please turn on your device and research the earbuds,finally connect them. Answer:	I would think so. It fits pretty snug on an adult female but also stretchy. Does a good job holding the hair back. I can slip it over my head and around my neck, there isn't much room, so could be used for cooling that way on children.
Question:	How well do they work using as a Bluetooth for my iPhone for a phone call

Question:	Both headphones pair with my phone but not pairing to each other. The sound only connects to the last paired earbud. Can I fix or are they defected
Answer:	I had very little luck with these earbuds and sent them back because if it wasn't the charge on them it was they didn't pair properly to my laptop if they had already been paired with my phone. Also the battery does not hold a good charge. I have to say I don't know what you can do to fix them I think they may be defective.

Answer:	Turn the knob on & open the music app you want to use. Mine is Spotify on my phone. It found the radio pretty quick & connected. If not you can go to settings on your phone & check the Bluetooth to see if it’s connecting. It was pretty easy for me & I’m not always great with technology.
