Answer:	This is the main thing I don't like about Ring Pro, they have not bothered to make it work with live view for Windows 7. This tells me that like many companies they don't care or bother to make their products backward compatible. If you decided to upgrade to Windows 10 despite all negative pushy attempts to force it upon us by Microsoft, you are in the Live View club. If you choose to stick with Windows 7 and wait until Windows 10 OS issues are resolved before upgrading or buying a new system, your out of luck. Thanks, Ring! Answer:	it’s not going to forget the wifi, but to use it again it needs to be in the same network. To change the network, you will have to do reset.

Answer:	Your phone (and Smart Life App) needs to be on the same WiFi as the outlet to do the initial setup and find the plug, but once the plug is set up on your WiFi network, the phone can control the plug from any internet connection like 4G, 5G, or some other WiFI. The p;lug will need to remain on the same WiFi as it was set up, but your phone can control the plug through the Smart Life app as long as your phone can get to the Internet. I disabled my phone WiFi and was still able to turn the plug on and off with only 4G.

Answer:	Yes of course you can add up to three wedges of any combination (horizontal or vertical). Contrary to the first response you got, it will NOT make a protruding rectangle and negate the other wedge unless you stack them in opposite directions (which would be pointless).
Question:	I have a ring doorbell but to put it on vinyl siding would I need a wedge kit
Answer:	Probably. If your vinyl siding slants it will impact the angle of the doorbell. The wedge kit comes with three wedges, you can add as many as you need to get the right angle for the camera.

Answer:	Each time you press the volume button , it raises the sound..and then it will loop back to low..after reaching the high again..so you have to figure out which is the highest sound.
