Answer:	Two parts to this answer... First, yes it retains it's settings if the power is off or it's unplugged. Second, I powered on my lamp then unplugged the unit from the wall. Upon plugging it back in after a couple seconds it turned itself back on (the last state it was in) and within a few more seconds re-connected to my wifi network.Hope this answers peoples questions about power outages and operation...

Answer:	It should. The Sony just wants to see 110V, which this will provide. Sometimes these devices have power supplies that detect anything between 110 & 210V and are fine with either.

Answer:	It is not supposed to be loud. I have had this problem with a few of mine. Trying giving it a gentle tap on a hard surface. If that doesn’t work you can take it apart and try to get the fan to sit properly in its slot or what I did was remove the fan altogether. Unit will still work but at a reduced power rate. If it overheats. It will just shut down.

Answer:	I can’t say if it will eliminate cigarette smell however, it works great on eliminating cat box odors.

Answer:	They are basically water, so yes, the liquid would evaporate quicker, but you can add water through the top periodically to keep it going longer. I have one in my kitchen that is still going strong after about a year. I check it maybe once a week and add a little water when it's starting to look a little low. Having said all that, it'd basically be like an open container of fluid in the car so it should be secured in a cup holder; I wouldn't just put this under a seat. I have a little "Eikosha air spencer" (search Amazon for this) in my car and it has also been going for a ridiculous amount of time. I only recently opened the second side (you open side one and put the plastic cover on, and when it's weak, turn over, open side two, put plastic cover on that side). I just checked my order history and it was "Ordered on August 11, 2019". It's been in my car since I received it and when I open the door, I still smell it. Hope this helps. :)

Can this adapter be used in Iceland

Answer:

The USB slots are just regular old USB. They'll work for anything you can charge via USB, but they're slow. Best for overnight charging. I used a faster auto-ranging charger plugged into the AC outlet to charge our android phones when we needed a quicker boost. Just check your wall charger, if it says 110-220 on it somewhere it should work just fine as long as the manufacturer isn't lying to you about its capability. (Sometimes they do; my wife has a fried out curling iron to prove it.)
