Answer:	On the Little Giant website, go to the "What's New" section, and those are the features the Revolution model offers above and beyond this model. To recap, the Revolution is approx. 20% lighter, has a quad-lock hinge (4 pins instead of 2 in the lock), and due to the new pins, it has a new lever called a "Rock Lock", which is a push and release lock on the sides to adjust the ladder. While any sort of weight reduction is a good thing (when still rated for the same load), don't let this weight reduction fool you into thinking the original model is overly heavy. I have the 22' model, and I find it easy to move around. The quad locks are debatably useful, as I have never felt my 2 pin design was unstable or even the least bit wobbly. The redesigned release locks do sound nice however, as the original ones take a little getting used to.

Answer:	I am sorry, but I have not extended the ladder to full length to measure it. I have only used it as a step ladder. My only complaint is I can not fold and unfold it by my self. Question:	Will this work with the AC 78 Quick click stabilizer
Answer:	Based on the pictures of each item, I do not believe this item will work “with” the Werner 97P stabilizer installed on the ladder. The Werner 97P installs on the ladder with u-bolts using tools....this item installs on ladder using no tools. The cross- bar of the Werner 97P I believe will interfere with and/or prevent the proper installation of the AC 78 quick stabilizer.....the Werner 97P will need to be removed from the ladder. The major difference between the two items is the total distance of “stand-off” each product offers. Some houses have a larger depth of “eav” overhang requiring the use of the Werner 97P stabilizer to be installed on the ladder to properly accommodate the work requirement.
Question:	span widths - 49/57/65 - would it be possible to drill additional holes in between those that are already there to get different specific widths
Answer:	I need to customize this a bit to span a large window that was close to the corner of a house. I bought some 1 3/4" OD (1 37/64" ID) 304 stainless steel square tubing from Grainger. P/N 4YUL3. This is a heavier wall and stronger material than the stock center section (which I needed with the longer span), but still fits the ubolts, and gives a lot of options for customization. I don't recall if I used stainless just for corrosion resistance, or that was the only material I could find that had the combination of ID and wall thickness that I wanted. Cost about as much as the stabilizer, but when I'm 28' in the air, I'm not counting pennies.
Question:	I wonder how much pressure you can put on vinyl siding with foam insulation underneath? On wood/brick only
Answer:	Well, I'm a woman and needed some help with getting some shutter screws loosened, so I enlisted my neighbor, who is a burly guy of about 250 lbs. Answer:	9 inch heights between steps is good and I really appreciate a heavy duty ladder. If you are elderly and need a lighter stool with closer steps see the GP Logistics CW3 Comfort Step which has about 8.25in between steps.
Question:	What's the max hight at A-frame configuration
Answer:	I believe you will be 36" off the floor. We have 10 foot ceilings and this ladder helps with window washing but We can't reach the ceiling. It's still our favorite ladder!
Question:	Does this 6-10 foot ladder come with the detachable work platform
Answer:	I bought the 10310BA model with the rubber tread covers, and a 300 lb capacity. I weigh 300 lbs and it is very sturdy when I am standing on it. It also has wheels on the back legs. When I have to move it, I can leave it open and tip it backwards and roll it anywhere I need to take it without having to close it first. (This in my opinion is a time, and back saver). The model 11903 has a 375 lb capacity, no rubber on the treads, no wheels, and much larger rubber feet on the leg bottoms for better stability on grates and uneven surfaces. To move this one I think you would have to close it , and lift it . So in my opinion, unless you are going to use it in areas where you need the extra large ladder shoes for extra stability, and you require a extra heavy duty ladder, I would recommend getting the 10310BA with the wheels. I love mine, it is the best ladder I have ever owned, and being in my early 70's, I feel very stable and safe when I get on it. Answer:	AA batteries are required to operate the thermostat. The 'C' wire can be connected but the thermostat will not function without the batteries.
Question:	How much noise does the ladder make when climbing it? And extending and restracting as well
Answer:	The AA batteries are required. The thermostat cannot use a 'C' wire for power. There are 2 warnings for battery power, but instructions say to replace batteries yearly even without seeing warning. If changed quickly, you don't lose anything, but they say you don't lose programming-only date and time if slow like me!
