Answer:	The top part is for the cups and tools, so it is for with holes. You can not stand on top part. Also, it is unreturnable, since when I found I could not use and tried to return, UPS and Fed Ex would charge more than $100. I paid about $60 for the ladder and about $10 for the shipping, so I still keep it although I would never use it.

Question:	Will the lp-2400-00 work on louisville fs
Answer:	Probably, it is designed to fit certain Louisville ladders, but I have mine on a Rock River brand. It did require drilling some additional holes to install, but the install was easy and the shelf is an excellent addition. The instruction sheet that comes with the shelf does have a list of of the ladder models the shelf will fit. Order the shelf and if it does not fit, return it. Unfortunately, the list is not on seller's websites and a search for the instruction sheet came up empty.

Answer:	I think you are talking about folded up it is 28" across the bottom and 67" high. I think this is the best ladder I have and I have one other fold up but not this good.

Answer:	We attached a different brand of stabilizer (LeveLok) and it works great. I suggest you contact Werner with your question. We did and got a quick response from them. We've always just stacked up boards to stabilize the ladder before. Never again. These stabilizers are so much safer!

Answer:	No, it's not made in the USA. It is made in Mexico. However, it is very sturdy. My only complaint is that there are only two usable steps which is only about 18" off the ground. If you need something higher, then you need to get the next sized ladder.

Answer:	no. On my ladder, the back side braces are vertical pieces of aluminum. Strong but you could not stand on them. It was not designed to go up both sides.

Answer:	When my ladder arrived, it wasn't in a box or a covering of any kind. The ladder appears to be brand new. I guess the seller feels this is the best way to ship them. It is a very sturdy ladder and works well if you have to get to a tall roof or on the upper half of a two story. It is heavy but very stable. We like it and find it much more stable and sturdy than our old aluminum ladder.
