Answer:	You only want to coat one side of the tape. The joint knife will scrape the top side coat of mud is coated on both sides. The side that gets coated will depend on how you load the tape in the tool.

Answer:	Yes you can. If you need longer lengths (say 16') you can fill a clean bucket with pre-mudded tape to whatever length you can apply in say 20 minutes and carry the bucket to the job to be done. Works very well. This is how most mud applicators (Columbia Super Tape for example) are used and a very common technique.

Answer:	You can also use this tool with FibaFuse fiberglass drywall tape. This way the tape is coated with the perfect amount of compound.

Answer:	TapeBuddy tools will run Strait-Flex tape. The tool has two setting for apply compound thickness. When running Strait-Flex use the "more mud" setting. You'll have to measure the tape to cut it at the right length.I only use Strait-Flex on odd angle corners and not for normal corners. It's a lot more expensive and not necessary. The key using a TapeBuddy tool is the coating on the tape. This makes the tape hard with drywall and has no blisters.

Answer:	I think these previous responses are lying or these people are very small. I'd say if you weigh over 250 lbs you will 100% bend in the top. The top design is poorly constructed as it has 3 individual bars to stand on. If your weight is evenly dispersed among the 3 bars you'll be fine, but if you transfer your weight to just one bar or two of the bars you'll bend it; this is going to happen when you initially step up on it.

Answer:	There are different sizes for different size and weight frames for a total of 18 hangers per package. I also ordered IMPEX SYSTEMS GROUP INC #50093 3PC 1 Step Pic Hanger (Pack of 12). This package has 12 of the largest hangers that support 60 lbs. When removing the hanger from the wall, use a claw hammer and lift up and out at the same time to leave a small hole in the wall.

Answer:	some of mine spin.. but as long as it is in at the right angle.. pointing up.. should not be a problem with the correct weight item hanging on it. I put a small piece of scotch tape on wall over the mark where I want to make the hole to try to make sure the drywall does not crack around the hole. That also seems to help with preventing the hole from being a bit to large and spinning. If you don't want it to spin, you can make a new hole about 1/2 to 1 inch higher, mark the spot, put a small piece of scotch tape over the mark and put a new hole in... perhaps that will help. Answer:	The Revolution is basically a newer version of the Classic with several updated features compared to the classic Little Giant Classic M26 (10126LG). The Revolution has quad-locking hinges, Rock Locks to lock the rungs (Rock-Locks are easier to use then the U-locks). Answer:	The max height of this Little Giant 17 as a step ladder is 7-8 feet. It is 17 feet when fully extended as an extension ladder. The other thing to bear in mind is it is a heavy ladder. The wheels do help when working on flat surfaces (indoor or out) as you can wheel it around. However, these will not help you much on rough ground or when you need to lift it (e.g. up/down stairs, loading it into car, storing it etc). It's a unisex product, so no one will laugh at you !
