Answer:	Actual ladder height when fully extended is 14.5 feet. You must fully extend the ladder before lowering it over an edge, because the rungs must lock from the bottom up. Verify they are locked before using.

Question:	It states it gives the same reach as an 18ft ladder despite it's labeling as a 14.5ft ladder. How does that work
Answer:	Telesteps logic is that because the ladder is much closer to the structure than an A-frame ladder is, the 14.5 ladder has the same climbing height as a taller A-frame ladder. I don't argue with their logic but I do wish they would change the model numbers to better reflect ladder height. Thanks.

Answer:	Yeah, put the bar where it's supposed to go, up against those little plastic tabs, and pound it in to place with your palm (or hammer if need be). They'll break off allowing you to slot the feet into where they need to be to align the slots with the bolts. I'm not making this up. That's how crappy this product is. You literally have to snap off molding tabs in order to get the parts to line up. Worst. Ladder. Ever. But you'll find that out once you get past this step and on to trying to actually use the darn thing.

Answer:	Yes. Not as easy to extend as led to believe. Not recommended.

Answer:	No, 16.5 feet fully extended. When extended very flimsy. Feels unsafe. Would not recommend.
Question:	Is it sterdy when used as step ladder for 300lb person
Answer:	Based on my very limited experience with this product I would be hesitant to say yes. I felt the ladder was not constructed well and was a shaky when extended. Do not recommend.
Question:	How do you remove the metal thin pins in slots where the bottom angled piece is supposed to fit into
Answer:	I sent the ladder back because of these pins. Remove any portion or modify in any way and any warrenty you may have will be void.

To open the telescopic ladder to intermediate length:

1.Put a foot on the bottom rung to stabilise the telescopic ladder.

2.Start with the second rung from the bottom,grasp the hand grips

on each side of the rung and pull upwards to extend the step.



To open the telescopic ladder to full length:

Start with the top bar,grasp the hand grips on each side of the rung and pull up to extend the rung.

When each rung is fully extended,you will hear a "click",confirming

that the lock mechanisms are engaged for that level.



To close the telescopic ladder:

1.Hold the telescopic ladder in an upright position.

Place on foot on the bottom rung to stabilise the ladder.

Starting at the lowest extended rung,use both hands to grasp the hand grips

on either side of the rung,then,with your thumbs,disengage the locking mechanisms.

Answer:	I'm very satisfied with this telescoping ladder. Compared with other ladders, this ladder adds a rotating stabilizer bar and one button retraction contraction function.And the ladder can slow down when it retracts. The ladder bought on Amazon before doesn't have such a function. That's great.

Question:	Is this ladder osha approved
Answer:	There is nothing to indicate this ladder is approved by OSHA. All it says is Made in China. There is a sticker that reads 150 KGS which I believe equals about 330 lbs. There is NO WAY this flimsy construction would support that much weight on a single rung.
Question:	I ordered the ladder and it arrived today. It didn't come with a manual. Is there a manual
Answer:	There is no manual so to speak. You just pull the metal tabs on the hinges. o is open and I is locked in place. They rotate 180 not 360.
Question:	What is the inside width of the rungs
Answer:	Not sure but I laid a 2 x 12 on it
Question:	How tall is the 15.5 when in the A frame configuration
Answer:	just over 6' like a step ladder, but you can't step on the top 2 rungs so deduct that for your height on it
