Question: Why does it constantly loose eifi connection and never work with the app? As an hvac contractor how can i sell something that doesnt work for me
Answer: I am having the same problems. It would not let me connect to my WiFi manually, forcing me to use the app. Once I used the app, I could access the thermostat on and off that day whenever it would stay connected long enough. After several days of frustration, I reset everything back to default and started over with the exact same results. Now I have given up and watch it on the wall flipping back and forth all day between WiFi loss and connected. The issue has also made the weather function useless. I am completely disappointed with this product.
