Answer:	I'm not positive I understand your question, but if you want to change the mode (heat, cool, auto, emergency heat, etc.) you touch MODE and continue to press until you have it set to the mode you want and then press DONE.

Answer:	Yes, soap and water works well but for swrious cleaning I boil water in a pot deep enough to submerge the bristles and when I take the pot of water off the stove I soak the brush for several minutes. Depending on what you use the brush for, I'm sure bleach water works well too. It's a very durable brush.

Now it’s frequent periods of time where the thermostat will not respond to remote commands. It’s maddening
Question:	What if i have a C wire
Answer:	When you put it on circulate, the fan comes on for about 10 minutes every 20 minutes or so. The owners manual says it runs about 35% of the time. I used this feature this Fall with the system off (no heat or a/c) just to circulate the air through my Filtrete filters.
