Answer:	Yes, the adjuster to lower the whole arm is attached to your existing shower pipe so however high that is that is where they must reach. However, the arm is really meant for a rain head shower so even if it set high it works for short and tall people.

Answer:	You should add window film to the inside of the window that will prevent thieves from being able to break the window.

Answer:	The stub outs should be between 1-1/2" and 2-7/8" from the face of the wall. If it is too long, just trim it. If it is too short, you'll have to remove the short stub and either sweat or thread a longer piece in it's place. If soldering, use as small a flame as possible, remove any insulation in the wall cavity, and stuff some wet rags into the wall cavity to prevent the drywall from igniting. Make sure you have plenty of light to see what you are doing and have a fire extinguisher handy too. Use a small, narrow vise grips to hold onto the old an new stubs while soldering. If you are not a handy type, then call a plumber to fix it for about $200.

Answer:	The Kwikset 99130-002 SmartCode 913 does not have Alexa built in and since it is a Z-Wave protocol device, it will not work with any of the hub-enabled Echo devices. However, if you get a Z-Wave compatible hub, such as Samsung Smartthings hub, you can incorporate that into your network (pretty easy), then you can tell (or ask) Alexa to lock the door. I hope this helps.
Question:	Can you rekey with a non-kwikset key
Answer:	First step would be checking the batteries and making sure the the connection to the two sides is good and solid. I always make the connections and test all functions and usually program the codes as well before actually installing the lock on the door to avoiding having to remove it for troubleshooting.
Question:	how many keys
Answer:	That is probably best asked of Kwikset who can be reached at their website. My opinion is that if it can be subjected directly to moisture (rain, snow) and extreme temperatures that would be a problem since the keypad is on the outside. The main electronics are in the inside unit and would thereby be protected. I have one installed on my front door but it is protected by a storm door and roof over the front stoop. If practical the installation of a storm door would probably give it the necessary protection.

Answer:	If the hole in the drain shoe is 1/4", it was set up like a Price-Pfister drain which was only designed to use a grid drain. The only solution is to change the shoe in the bottom of the tub. Westbrass carries two sizes of threads. One is called 1-1/2" Coarse thread, which actually measures about 1-7/8" with a thread pitch of 11.5 threads per inch. The other is 1-1/4" Fine thread which measures 1-5/8" with a thread pitch of 16 threads per inch.

Question:	What is the center line distance between mounts? Replacing system with 7 1/2 inch nounting brackets
Answer:	You have a different key for each door with Kwikset 660 Re-key technology. It also has SmartKey One Key Convenience - you can re-key your locks yourself so all your doors and padlocks share one key.
Question:	No instructions or anything in tbe box... It's being mounted to a cabinet. Help
Answer:	It must be kwikset style but can be made by anyone. Will not Work with Schlage style keys.

Question:	What is the dimension of the black plastic part that fits into the duct? Home Depot’s dimensions are off on another size. We need correct info
Answer:	My door was 5 inches wide which is the size of a regular door. This door knob should fit any door.
Question:	are you sure it is 2 X 14? it looks like 4 X 14 in the picture
Answer:	The instructions state it does, but the instructions show a different kind of door handle, one with a keyed entry. I have gotten the privacy one instead, and can't seem to flip it from right to left.
