Answer:	I am 5'2" so when they auto adjust, it is still a little too long. I hit the foot rise button and it brings it to where I need it for my height.

You just press your feet down as the chair reclines and it slides open more. I have long arms and when I put them all the way back into the arm pockets, I still have about 3” before they touch the end of the pocket. There’s still plenty of room at my head. There’s about 4” of padding left above my head position so a longer torso would still fit well.
