Answer:	Good Morning, we do not recommend to use this full strength. i have attached a copy of the link for the product data sheet for instructions on how to use. , mix one part Tile & Stone Cleaner with 3 parts hot water (cold water can be used but cleaning action will be reduced). Apply Tile & Stone Cleaner with a clean mop or self-feeding floor machine. Allow the solution to stand for 10 minutes while agitating periodically with the appropriate scrub brush. 2. Ensure the silicone area is dry as water will dilute the solution and it may affect the effectiveness of the gel

Answer:	You could try one inconspicuous spot, maybe the size of a nickel, and let it sit on there for the recommended time. Wash it off and see the results. Remember to use it on a dry area. This is meant for mold on grout lines. I wouldn't use it on large plain/smooth surfaces. There are other products for those problems.
Question:	Can you only use this for white caulking? Can it be used on brown caulking
Answer:	Either contact the supplier or manufacturer regarding this, or try a very small area to see if it will not bleach out the brown caulk.
Question:	Can you use this on rubber in a front load washing machine that has black mold
Answer:	You may be able to, but I would test a very small area first to see if it would harm the rubber. Also the product would have to be carefully removed completely so as to not get it on clothing or skin from contact with the product. It may take several attempts to wipe it off completely using clean water and a rag.

Answer:	I'm so sorry. I was reading the label of the WRONG product, another one I bought the same day.This contains monohydrochloride. It is NOT listed as "natural" at all.

Answer:	I cleaned my kitchen floor that had no lime build-up. It did a great job at cleaning the grout.

Answer:	No. Grout-eez is only for ceramic and porcelain tile. If you need a natural stone cleaner please take a look at Stone-eez. It's safe to use on all natural stone.

Answer:	Grout-eez will get rid of mold on the tile and grout. Nothing will get rid of mold that is on the caulk. We always recommend removing and then replacing the caulk after cleaning the shower.

Answer:	You do not need to cut off the end. The black top that screws onto the white bottle is actually 2 pieces. The tip screws off leaving the part that screws onto the bottle attached. It can be closed and opened again and again

Answer:	Best case it provides a temporary cosmetic fix. The reason mold is there is because it's not sealed and needs to be replaced and worse yet the longer you wait you risk water getting behind the wall and causing a bigger mess. Question:	Will this product work well for grout on ceiling of shower that has some mold spots
Answer:	I have only tried this product so far to silicone area in shower around the shower door silicone. There was a lot of mold build up under the silicone. I tried so many other mold cleaners and nothing worked. This product is amazing. I did have to do a couple of applications since the mold was under the silicone. There is a little left so I need to do another treatment but such a great difference. I plan on buying more. I would think it will work great on surface mold and mildew. Make sure to read directions and leave it on surface for a few hours. Totally recommend this product! Does not have much odor compared to other cleaners but still vented out bathroom.

Answer:	Great question. Here is what the manufacturer website says: PRODUCT APPLICATION Choose all appropriate safety equipment before use. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet for details. Always test first in several inconspicuous areas to confirm desired results. 1. Shake container well before using. 2. Make sure that the surface has been cleaned by sweeping, vacuuming and/or wiping. 3. Dilute UltraCare Concentrated Tile & Grout Cleaner as follows: - Heavy-duty cleaning: Mix 4 U.S. oz. (118 mL) of cleaner to 1 U.S. gal. (3,79 L) of water. - Light-duty cleaning: Mix 2 U.S. oz. (59 mL) of cleaner to 1 U.S. gal. (3,79 L) of water. 4. Apply the diluted solution to the surface with a sponge or a mop. 5. For heavily soiled areas, agitate the surface with a microfiber mop, white nylon pad, scrub brush or scrub machine. 6. Remove the dirty solution with a wet vac or mop. 7. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and remove with wet vac or mop. Change the cleaning solution as it gets dirty. 8. Repeat the process as necessary.
