As for how these containers would work with a metal lunch box, I think you would frequently find yourself just using two containers. |

I have used it for a few months almost on a daily basis and it is still doing the job. |

It is good to have a ice bucket or bowl to bend and flex the silicon so the ice will fall out eaiser. The seller said to not let the water melt any before bending and twisting the tray and that should get most of them out. I tried that along with folding and beating it on the counter but I still had to pull a lot of them out with my fingers.
