Answer:	Depends on what is wrong. Check the wiring connections first. When I had difficulty getting it to work it was because the old wire ends had corroded so I just needed to cut the old wires shorter so get rid of the corroded ends.

Question:	How does the eKyro work with multiple garage doors
Answer:	In the US we have 120 VAC electricity. Each receptacle has two wires: a "hot" and a "neutral". Some appliances care which is which is which and they have a plug with one prong taller (not longer, though) than the other. This is a "polarized plug". Other appliances don't care: their prongs are the same (shorter) height. They are "non-polarized" and you can plug them in either way. The outlet (this product in this case) is "polarized" if it has one slot that is taller than the other. A "polarized" outlet can be used for either polarized or non-polarized appliances, so you will be OK. HOWEVER: if your appliance has a 3-prong plug, you are NOT OK, because the 3-prong plug needs a safety ground in addition to "hot" and "neutral", and there is no way a screw-in adaptor can provide a safety ground.

Answer:	As of lately with these types of devices, they are not recognized as a switch and cannot be controlled as such. You used to be able to say, hey google turn on or turn off the door, then create a routine that turns on when you say open. Well anyway that doesnt work in GH or with Alexa. What you have to do is create a scene, one for each open and closed state, and use those in voice command routines in both Google Home and Alexa

Answer:	There is a misunderstanding for multiple door control. The mobile app can control multiple garage doors, but the device will only control 1 garage door. You will need only 1 account for your mobile app to control multiple Nexx Garage devices, but only 1 Nexx Garage device will control only 1 garage door opener.

Answer:	This depends on your wifi system. I don't use wifi extenders and my wifi/router is about 40ft from my garage door opener. You can install the Smart WiFi close to your wifi and run 2 wires to you opener.

Answer:	The voice command to alexa or google should be "Turn on/ turn off", not "open/close".

Answer:	Mine was working with the turn off/on garage door but I needed to set it up again on a different wifi network, and I was never able to make it work with Alexa again - Alexa now only reads the sensor signal to inform whether the garage door is open or closed, but no commands such as "turn garage door on/off" or "open/close garage door" are recognized now.

Answer:	If that opener uses a HARD WIRED wall switch with two wires to the opener... it will work.

If your model is not in the list, you can use a test wire (or Pliers) to short connect the terminals where your garage door wall buttons are currently connected. If your door opens or closes either, then it is most likely that this smart controller will work with your garage door opener.

(GENERAL SETTING)

1. Press the Black button for about 5 seconds. "10 SECONDS RESET" Make sure your device light is flashing  quickly.

2. Launch the "Smart Life" or "Tuay Smart" APP.  Press the icon '+' on the top right corner.

3. Select the "All Devices", then select the "Wi-Fi Connector" type.

4. Tap "Confirm indicator rapidly blink."

5. Input the correct 2.4G Wi-Fi passwords. Then, tap confirm.

6. It will auto-connect with the device. wait until the connection is successful.

(AP MODE）

1. Press the Black button for about 5 seconds.  Make sure your device light is flashing slowly.

2. Press the icon '+' on the top right corner. Select "others". Then, select the "Wi-Fi Connector" type.

3. Go to the upper right corner. Then, press “AP MODE”.

4.  Press"Confirm indicator slowly blink". Then select your home's 2.4GHz networks, and enter Wi-Fi password.

5. Then the screen will show "connect your mobile phone to the device's hotspot". Press "Go To Connect" and it will connect. The screen will jump to your phone's settings wifi connection, so enter the phone's "WI-FI".

6. You will see the There will be a connection option： “Smartlife-XXX”.  Select it.  In the tab that your WIFI is already connected to, it will state, "Smartlife-XXX" on it. Now return to "Smartlife The APP" screen.

Answer:	The beamUP Centurion has the equivalent of 1-1/4 horsepower of lifting capacity, and it's the strongest motor in the beamUP catalog. DC motors do not have a direct horsepower equivalency, so we use the shorthand HPe. The beamUP Sentry & Workhorse garage door openers are equipped with 3/4 HPe, meaning the Centurion has nearly twice the lifting capacity.
Question:	Will it work with Genie? model number ist
Answer:	First, confirm that the indicator light on the keypad lights up. If not, please change the batteries. Second, remove the keypad from the wall to program next to the motor head. Third, please be sure to press & release the yellow "Learn" button on the back of the motor head when programming. Holding the Learn will erase the saved remote settings. Lastly, please make sure the antenna is hanging freely from the motor head.
