Question:	My aircopy scans a lot of black empty space around my photos. Is that normal? How do I make it just scan the picture
Answer:	I've done this on several monitors. A surface 2 tablet, a standard 23" HD desktop monitor, and my android phone. We made a PDF of all the required reset and group codes and simply brought them up on the screen to scan them.

Answer:	You will HAVE to have an SD Card as well as the appropriate connection to you r computer. I find this a very simple way to get my 110 126 and 35 MM slides digitized. While I am sure a professional would achieve better results I am quite happy with the results. BTW this will work with windows 10 quite well. If you have slides that are over exposed you can adjust them with the SCANZA and again with the windows software to enhance the images.

Answer:	The plug on the E4000 is 1/8" or 2.5mm. Your Sony receiver headphone jack is probably 1/4" or 6.35mm. If this is the case, you will need a 1/8" to 1/4" adaptor to connect the E4000 to your receiver.

Question:	What is the tv jack for? the manual said it is a phone jack, but none of tv has a phone plug
Answer:	While it's true that camera "film" can't be exposed to light, DEVELOPED film becomes a "negative", which CAN be exposed to light. So far, I've converted about 200 35 mm slides to digital photos without any problems. I haven't tried using negatives yet, but I'm sure the result will be the same. It's a fantastic little machine.
Question:	Can this scan 120 film
Answer:	With a Mac, you have to save images to an SD card or the device's built-in memory (only 128 MB). Then you choose USB Upload and you can transfer the images to your computer.
Question:	Are the Reels for 8mm film scanning included or are they an extra cost? None are shown in the advertisement
Answer:	I'm not sure about that as I have only produced a digital image from a negative.
Question:	Does this connect to the computer to save the photos onto hard drive or do you need the SD card
Answer:	Not being an expert on the computer, I am not sure what "ntsc" means, but I do NOT use an sd card with my Kodak Scanner. I have the scanner plugged directly into my laptop, and the digital images go straight to the E drive, from where I easily put them into folders under My Pictures. So far I have done about 1,100 slides, and I am so very happy with the quality of the digital images. I also have had fun editing for brightness and color. Many of my digital images are better than the original slides! I am extremely happy with this product.

Question:	can you scan directly to different files like the neat
Answer:	Haven't tried using it as a plug in.. got it because it was wireless. It has its own WiFi address so you don't need to be connected to another wifi. Draw back is you can only be connected to one wifi at a time connection at a time. So in that case a USB plug in option would be good.
