Answer:	This IS a radio remote like a "clicker" except that it is a keypad. One enters a programmed code to operate the garage door rather than just push a button. As with a "clicker", the device must be registered with the garage door operator. Sounds to me like you're very confused. This is NOT an operator, it is a radio frequency control just like a clicker. I urge you to obtain the assistance of someone who is knowledgeable in this area.

Answer:	How old is your garage door opener? I had that same problem and found out that my older garage door opener (15+ years old) only allowed 2 clicker types units to be programed/used at a time. This means when I added the keypad clicker, it bumped off one of my remotes from working. Sounds to me like this is what is happening to you. I am sure the newer units don't have this problem

I'm not sure what the manufacturer recommendations are on outside mounting but the unit would not be useful if not outside and easily accessible. I thought about keeping it out of any direct sun but I'm not sure how important that factor is. It mounts flush and when in the closed position is very snug.

Answer:	Raynor is an opener brand but the wireless electronic remote opener could be several other brands. I have a Raynor opener with a Linear / Multi-Code opener. It's old - 25 yrs and uses the 10 DIP switches, but it works fine with the visor remotes and my 3 Cadillacs with built in wireless transmitters. Linear is mentioned in the instructions so it should work with a Raynor opener.

Answer:	I found that you can press any key to stop and reverse direction when the door is moving. Made me think that the garage door could now be opened by anyone by pressing nay key. Wish the manual was better phrased.

Answer:	I purchased this product about 6 months ago because I updated my previous garage door opener (which came with a new frequency). Q: Why won't my keypad work?

-Did the keypad lights come on when you entered your PIN ? If the keypad lights do not turn on when you press a button, it indicates that the battery needs to be replaced. Replace with a 9V battery. -Try reprogramming the keypad to the garage door opener.

Answer:	Diana, Your opener is an older model and getting info about it is like trying to view President Trump's tax return. But I am here to give you an answer! The keypad you are looking to buy is a 315 MHz. And most of the Marantec openers use 315MHz. So what do you have? On the back of your hand held remote it has the MHz that your door uses, hopefully it will be 315 MHz and you will be good to go, if not you will have to get a different keypad, or an adapter for this keypad. If you find that your door uses a different MHz rating than repost your question and I will try to help you find the right keypad.

Answer:	Well, this was frustrating. I hav had one of the keyless remotes for about 2 years and the batteries died. I replaced them but then the remote would not work. So I went down the re-programming rabbit hole! It took awhile but the programming finally took. You may have to do it over and over and over again, but your will get it. 1. Put the batteries in. 2. Hole #3 until the LED’s in the middle blink. 3. Using a remote that you know works, hold the remote button as you place it near the #3 and slowly bring it down to the #’s 8-9. Also, remove the metal clip as this will sometimes interfere with the programming, I am told. 4. The lights will blink letting you know you are in program mode. 5. Set your 4 digit code. 6. Press the arrow key. 7. Lights should blink to let you know it is set. Test your WKE remote! It took me at least 25 tries but finally it worked. Frustrating.

This digital keypad is a MegaCode series of wireless radio controls designed for use with automatic garage door and gate operators. The MegaCode radio format provides unparalleled security with more than a million different codes. In operation, the user enters their unique code on the unit’s keypad (1 to 6 digits long) and presses the button to activate the door operator. For up to 30 seconds after the last activation, the keypad can be re-triggered by simply pressing the button again. This allows the user to stop or reverse the opener quickly, without having to re-enter their code. The keypad has built-in keypad lighting for use at night or in dark areas. The clear silicone keys are backlit with a soft blue glow. Press the light button at any time to activate the keypad backlight. To turn the overhead operator light on or off, enter the user code, then press the light button. The keypad lockout timer will disable the keypad after 10 activations. Question:	Is this unit compatible with the linear lra gate opener? i have a linear mdkp keypad that i need to replace
Answer:	Linear remote keypads works with all current models of the opener. The only problem I had was with limited distance, about 75 to 100 feet as I wanted to mount this keypad on the house; I ended up putting on the garage entrance door. Works fine there.
Question:	does the flip top cover the numbers on the keypad to shield it from the weather, it appears to be too short
