Answer:	Would have to be Loose fitting. I put mine on just bf bed and when I am cleaning. It’s comfortable light weight stays in place. When I take it off u can see dampness as Well as feel the same on thighs. Great calorie burner

Question:	Can you use these to have something printed on
Answer:	Thanks for your question and I appreciate your concern. It should not cause any problems with your kidney condition. A studies, trials were performed that analyzed blood work before and after treatment that did not show any worsening kidney function or increased lipids in the blood. Please always talk to you doctor first though.
Question:	Are these ribbed or smooth
Answer:	I am not sure of the actual temp, but they are much colder. Also, if you use one of the regular cold packs you will get freezer burn. These are specifically made for this. At first it feels like you may get burnt, but you will not. Keep them in the wraps provided. After about 10 minutes you will get used to it.

Answer:	It is Velcro. It does make your arms super cold (numb like) this does work tho. Results are good.
Question:	Are these without tags(as pictured) or the new ones with tags?Last time I ordered the tagless, but was sent the new ones with tags.They fit different
Answer:	Personally I use Bio-Oil after using... and this arm freezing kit should come with a Rolling Massage Tool that you use afterward. I apply skin oil and massage it into my skin after taking off the arm bands off, then I use the rolling tool as instructed.

Question:	does it shrink after being washed and dried
Answer:	No, targeted weight loss is almost impossible to do. While this product is great for the quick weight loss in water weight, it will not help you anymore than any other product in losing body fat. The human body doesn't work like that. This is nothing more than a placebo in the sense it makes you think you are losing body fat. Their are only 2 truly effective ways to lose weight, diet and/or exercise. Eventually you will have to do both, but in the beginning, one or the other should be efficent to get you started.
Question:	Are some colors softer than others
Answer:	Yes it will definitely control stomach jiggle with any type of exercise. I wear it during spin class, Zumba, and other cardio workouts. I also wear it when weight lifting. It doesn't move loosen at all. As for seeing the sweat, you are definitely going to see some. I rarely would sweat at the gym now it's like a waterfall when I take the belt off. Sometimes you can see the sweat through my shirt as it trickles down from the belt.
Question:	When returning items i dont wish to keep do i need to go to a ups store
Answer:	People always say it's ONLY water weight and that you'll gain it back. But this is not all together true. Now keep in mind that the human body is made up of 70% WATER. Think about that.While working out, there is a direct correlation between Sweat generated, heat build up AND energy dissipation. So, in the end, you do --with consistency, drop both water weight AND mass weight. If you're amenable to something even better (it's what I do) use Albolene. It's way less expensive, but just as effective -- though Sweet Sweat gives off larger sweat globs. Apply it on your gut area, atop that, use plastic wrap/saran wrap, THEN, place the waist belt on top. I also put on a long sleeve T before I wear a Kutting weight shirt (sold on Amazon - go a size above your normal size). I later added the Kutting weight pants too(again go about 2 pant sizes up). Now do 10-15 min intensive cardio, then take a 15 min walk. You will not believe what you'll see sweat-wise. Do it 3-4 times a week for 2-3 months and you'll come back to thank me later. The Kuttting weight products are a bit steep for price but absolutely worth every cent. The waist belt (and Kutting weight products) is made of neoprene/Velcro material. They're meant to trap body heat. The Science: Your stomach area has the poorest blood supply in the body, thus easier for the gut to store fat there. This is because such poor circulation guarantees less fuel burnt in that area during exercise. By trapping the heat in that area, your body is forced to compensate by causing the few vessels there to dilate, leading to more blood flow needed to get rid of that heat build up, accompanied by the generation of sweat to cool down that area. Your body is now "forced" into using those fat stored in the "love handles" which it had been storing up. So yes, calories are burning, water is being shed, and weight is slowly but surly being lost AT a faster rate. Finally, factor in food consumption too. Less fast/junk foods the faster to reaching your goal.Hope this helped.

Answer:	8 in USA is a medium and 10-12 is usually a large. I am basing the sizes off of what I see in a USA store. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I'm normally a 12/14 and buy extra large. These are large in the shoulder n chest area. I reordered the large n fit me nicely. So the extra large would probably be for a 16/18

Answer:	Oh my goodness, I miss those as well! The Target Merona tank was my absolute staple top for at least 16-20 years. I wore them virtually every day and in multiple colors (I'm all about black, but I bought a couple of new colors each season as well; the ones with added sparkles were always my favorite, even though the sparkles eventually faded and/or washed out). I felt like a ballet dancer every time I put one on. I even carried myself better when I wore them. They were the perfect length and cut. I always washed them on permanent press and hung them to dry, so they lasted for years. I still have what is left of a few of the colored ones I wear only very sparingly now to preserve what is left of them. Thank you guys for remembering them. It makes me happy to know that other people also discovered this perfectly affordable gem of an every day favorite.
