Answer:	They are two to a pack. Quality feels good and the Velcro is holding out pretty well under stress. I pull it back really tight. I sweat on it and have washed it a couple of times. Tennis elbow is on the outside of the elbow joint, golphers is in the inside of the elbow. The straps help me out with pain relief, especially at the gym.
