Question:	Does the item received really contain ceramic plates and glass glasses? One reviewer claims otherwise
Answer:	Yes. When it arrives you actually have to put the wheels onto the cabinet. However, look closely at the stock picture. There is actually a 5th wheel that you attach to the front center of the bottom drawer. So as you open the bottom drawer the wheel actually supports the weight of the contents in the bottom drawer. Without the wheels, I believe this drawer may drag (and scratch) your floor. If you have it on carpet I would imagine without the wheels the bottom drawer would be difficult to open.

Answer:	The specs on the box are accurate. Seriously, it's not worth buying this coffee maker. The reason it's so reasonably priced is the design flaw for the steam the maker emits. 4 cups are lost because of the poor steam design. Would totally wreck any cabinet this maker is placed under while brewing. That much steam is emitted during the brewing process.
